How do I claim?

To claim your three year extension on the two year parts and labour Manufacturer's Warranty, you must complete the online claim form by 11.59pm (AEDT) on 30 September 2021 (even if your product(s) is on backorder – refer to question 7) in order to be eligible. You will receive a confirmation email advising you of your unique claim code.

How do I submit a copy of my proof of purchase?

When registering your claim you must supply the following information:

  1. Contact details - name (which must match the customer name on the proof of purchase), address, and daytime contact phone number.
  2. Product code(s) and serial number(s) of your qualifying product(s).
  3. Copy of your proof of purchase - a receipt/tax invoice indicating date of purchase, store (including address) invoice number, details of qualifying Product(s) including model number, the price paid (excluding any additional charges eg warranty costs) and total invoice amount.

Please note: Serial numbers may be located on the back facing panel of your appliance. Please make a note of the serial number prior to appliance installation.

Proof of purchase must be uploaded to your online claim form. You can provide us with your proof of purchase by scanning or taking a photo of your proof of purchase and uploading it with your claim form. All images must be legible. Please ensure that you retain your original proof of purchase.

Can I mail in my redemption form?

No - redemption for this promotion is online only.

My product is on backorder. Should I still enter?

Yes. If a Qualifying Product(s) is on backorder ('out of stock') a deposit on that product(s) must be paid during the Promotional Period (1 February 2021 – 30 June 2021) to be eligible for this offer. Full payment and receipt of the product(s) (and therefore access to the product and serial number(s)) must occur before the Claims Closing Date (30 September 2021) in order to lodge an online claim for this promotional offer.

Am I still eligible to claim if I choose to delay delivery beyond 30 September 2021?

No. Customers who choose to delay the delivery of their Qualifying Product(s) beyond 30 September 2021 will not be eligible to claim for this offer.

Will product(s) purchased from commercial (trade) or wholesale suppliers be accepted?

No, purchases made from commercial or wholesale supplier are not eligible for this promotion.

I have an eligible product under a rental agreement. Am I still eligible to enter?

Yes. Product(s) under rental agreements with a minimum period of no less than 18 months are eligible for this promotion. To qualify, a rental agreement must be established during the promotional period. Proof of rental agreement must be submitted with your online entry to this promotion and must clearly detail the qualifying model(s) purchased, date of establishment of rental agreement and the rental term. Product(s) under rental plans with rental terms less than 18 months are ineligible to claim for this promotion.

How will I receive the extension of my Manufacturer’s Warranty?

It has been 45 days since I submitted my claim and I have not received my approval email. What should I do?

The offer is not applicable to trade (commercial) or wholesale suppliers, this includes but is not limited to purchases made from suppliers that do not generally sell direct to the public. This offer is not applicable on trade second Product(s) or refurbished Product(s).

All claims are subject to verification by the Promoter. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of claims (including contacting the place of purchase) and claimants (including a claimant's identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any claimant who submits a claim that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions, or who tampers with the claim process. Any misrepresentation or fraudulent information submitted by the claimant will disqualify the claim.

If the Promoter is unable to verify the authenticity of the product and serial number(s) supplied during the claim process, the claimant shall, if requested by the Promoter, provide an electronic image of the product and serial number(s) or cut out and post in the product and serial number(s) from the product carton.

The Promoter reserves the right to reject any claim where it suspects that any false or fraudulent claim is being made or where a claim has been made which does not comply with these terms.

Incomplete, indecipherable, or illegible claims will be deemed invalid. This offer is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. This offer is not valid in conjunction with any other offer, unless otherwise advised.

Provided your claim meets these Terms & Conditions and is approved, you will receive a confirmation email outlining the start and end dates of your Manufacturer’s Warranty.
