Loving the drawers!
Our new dishdrawer dishwasher is fantastic! So easy to stack and empty. Cleans well and is quiet. The only downside is the controls on the front are easily knocked with your leg when you're at the bench but apart from that, really happy. I would recommend getting it installed as there's a bit more involved than a conventional dishwasher.

Love my Series 7! Not having to bend down to the traditional dishwasher is bliss. Haven't had a Dish Drawer for nearly 10years, and oh how I missed it. Moving house to a traditional dishwasher, I had been waiting for it to die. Finally!

Disappointment
I have been disappointed with the wash as some of the dishes come out still dirty. I have tried all wash cycles and the best is heavy. Economy left most dishes dirty, and it doesn't dry properly.

Great size for singles
Compact dishwasher, had a little trouble working out how to use both drawers at the same time but have mastered it now. Also I downloaded the app so can set the program from my phone. Obviously not as roomy inside as a normal dishwasher but as I live alone it’s a great size for me. I tend to fill/use only one drawer, but have the added bonus of the second drawer when I have family or guests over

Poor quality and design
Not what I expected. Poor design and does not wash or clean as I thought. Would not buy Fisher and Paykel again. I think there should be a control bottom for the second drawer as is for the first.

Best Dishwashers we've had
We had a F&P drawer dishwasher in our old home so when we built our new home we got the Series 7. It is super quite. Looks stylish in black and is very efficient. Just love it.

Improve the documentation and design philosophy
It's a great product but has poor documentation. The "clean filter" function is shown using a red icon which indicates a "fault" message rather than an advisory message to clean the filter. The actions to clear this message are difficult to find and meant I needed to search user groups to find and answer

Dish draw convert.
This is my second Fisher & Paykel dish draw, initial was purchased 22 years ago. Excited to discover the innovations while still enjoying the familiar aspects of the dish drawer. My only suggestion convert back to a cut out handle on the cutlery holder, just makes it easier to stack the row of plates closest to it. Such an effective and easy to use dishwasher for a small household, no going back for me it’s always going to be a dish draw.

Great Dishwasher
The series 7 that we bought is great. We don't have to wait for a week to fill it up and let the food cake onto the dishes. Also my wife can't bend down to stack a traditional dish washer so the top drawer is perfect.
You can configure how you want to have the drawers by taking out or leaving in different shelf components.
It cleans well so long as you stack it correctly. It's common sense.
The controls are easy to get used to but took a couple of goes as there is only one panel for 2 drawers.
I lve this dishwasher.

Dishdraw is perfect for our household. I like that we can use one or both dishdraws when required. Only downfall is that the outside panel is quite sensitive so does turn on when bumped.

Great dishwasher
I had a two drawer Fisher & paykel dishwasher for 18 years and I have now replaced it with new one which is better and quieter. Washes extremely well and stacking is easy. Have always loved that I dont have to put on a half an empty dishwasher, having the two drawers is extremely convenient and no smells. Worth the money I spent.

Doesn’t clean the best.
It’s okay. Doesn’t clean the best. Not much of an improvement from the old model other than it looks nicer. The new style of shelf is annoying. I used to be able to fit glasses at the bottom and mugs at the top but with this model they don’t fit. Don’t know why it doesn’t turn off completely at the end, you have to hold the off button until the noise stops.

Super Clean
We have had our new dishwasher for just over a month now. This is our first experience of having a 2 door model. We were pleasantly surprised when we first put the 2 doors into action. Surprised by the quietness of the entire process. After a couple of cleans we became more confident to put greasy and hard baked items in on the sanatize mode. Once again we were pleasantly surprised to see how well our dishes were cleaned. In the past we have had a number of dish washers. Some of these were cheaper models but we also had more expensive models. None of these previous models cleaned as efficiently as our current 2 door from Fisher & Paykel.

Missing the old one
My first F&P dishwasher lasted fifteen years and it was perfect. I was sad when it could not be repaired.
I have not had the new one very long and it looks ok maybe a bit smaller but ok.

Wish old 2 drawer could have been fixed.
No written manual, no idea what the programs are. Not as easy to use as old model. Can't use side racks for coffee cups anymore, as they don't clear the opening, when closing the drawer,
utensil holder second rate to earlier model. No idea what the inserts are for. At least adjustable rack on left is a positive. Is nice and quiet.

Made a sensible choice to stay with F&P
An upgrade for us from our former two draw F&P. Like the single control panel as opposed to our old 2 panel. Enjoy the elements I knew from my old machine and LOVE the quiet operation!! Also, enjoying the greater selection of washing options. Unfortunately, as attractive and enjoyable as it is to use.... it appears I'm still the only one to stack and empty the beast. Can we please incorporate a system that recognises this and verbally says nice things about me when I gentle and affectionately open its draws?

This dishwasher hasn’t delivered to a F&P standards, it’s been installed for less than 6 months now and I’ve encountered heaps of issues already, mainly it doesn’t wash my dishes and dry them fully even when the drawer is half empty, rinse aid needs to be filled very frequently. The loading image in the brochure does not apply to all households as we have some medium size pots that of loaded blocks the water from reaching all parts of the machine. I’ve had multiple visits from technicians, to no avail sadly.

This is our 3rd Dishdrawer. This latest one won’t show when the wash cycle is complete. The old one used to have a finished symbol on the display. Also if you lean against it, it starts the buttons going. Also the buttons for the second drawer are all controlled by the top display which makes the second drawer not independent. Such a shame you had to change what made the dishwasher so good. Very disappointing

Great looking and very efficient, however, I had to buy a whole new dinner service because mine (which always worked in conventional dishwashers) has hexagonal plates and bowls - the ‘edges’ stopped the arm from moving freely so didn’t wash properly. F and P should warn people about this.

Working Brilliantly
We chose this dishwasher as it is typically just 2 of us (both retired no kids at home) and is more than ample for our needs, and still caters for the occasional big load when we have family (eg Xmas)
The wifi set up is great, the on-line availability of documentation also was great. It is easy to manage the device remotely but some improvements could be remote programming and also a history of the cleans so you can see what drawer was used last.
I can also say that the delivery process was first class - being part of a new kitchen managing the delivery date turned out to be very important. We were well informed all the way through, adjusting dates was very easy with phone calls being answered very quickly by on shore staff, and the delivery people kept us very well informed every step of the way

Dishwasher broken 1st month.Unacceptable service.
Double dish drawer dishwasher has died 28 days after installation by Fisher and Paykel technicians. Told by F and K serviceline that no technician available to inspect for 24 days.Request for telephonic discussion with technician refused. Request for replacement refused. Extremely disappointed.

Fantastic for empty nesters
Excellent dishwasher for empty nesters but second draw allows for those extra visitors. Initially takes a little getting used to the 'sensitivity' of the control panel to inadvertent brushing while working at the sink; BUT, has an easy to access to a 'lock facility' when not in use.
Easy to use and has plenty of room. Produces an amazing clean to dishes and especially glassware. Highly recommend. Located in Brisbane.
