Terms and Conditions

Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

Who Can Enter

This promotion is only open to individuals who are legal residents of, and live within, Canada, and who are at least 21 years old as at the time of purchase. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, participating retailers and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible. This promotion does not apply to any Fisher & Paykel Canada Quoted Builder/Commercial Contracted quotes or sales or any trade seconds or refurbished products. Floor products or open box products do not qualify. Free products as part of other promotional packages do not qualify. This promotion shall be limited to one entry per household, except where prohibited by law.

Promotional Period

The promotion commences at 12:01am (AEDT) on January 01, 2021 and closes at 11.59pm (AEDT) on December 31, 2021 (Promotional Period). Claims must be received online by the Promoter by 11.59pm (AEDT) on May 31, 2022 (Claims closing date). Any claims received after this date will be ineligible.

How to Enter

Each new Fisher & Paykel appliance comes with a two year manufacturer's warranty from the date of purchase. Purchase any qualifying appliance as set out below (Qualifying Products) from a participating retailer during the Promotional Period and register your product online no later than May 31, 2022 to extend your two year manufacturer's warranty by an additional three years on the same terms and conditions. Qualifying Products

Floor products or open box products do not qualify for this promotion. Free products as part of other promotional packages do not qualify for this promotion.

The additional three year limited manufacturers warranty is not exchangeable or transferable for cash and is only for the qualifying products listed above and may not be transferred to any other Fisher & Paykel appliance.

You must register for your claim online. Claimants must agree to these full terms and conditions on the online registration form and supply the information marked as mandatory, including providing proof of purchase.

When registering your claim you must supply the following information:

1. Contact details - name (which must match the customer name on the proof of purchase), address, and daytime contact phone number. The promoter accepts NO responsibility for a claimant submitting incorrect details.
2. Product code(s) & serial number(s) of your qualifying product(s)
3. Copy of your proof of purchase - a receipt/tax invoice indicating date of purchase, store (including address) invoice number, details of qualifying products including model number, the price paid (excluding any additional charges eg warranty costs) and total invoice amount.

General

The Promoter accepts no responsibility for lost, delayed, misdirected or illegible registration forms. Incomplete, illegible or indecipherable registration forms will be deemed invalid. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of registrations and registrants (including a registrant's identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any person who submits a registration form that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the registration process. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.

The Promoter may, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law, disqualify any registrant or modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion. The decision of the Promoter is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

Any cost associated with accessing the promotional website is the registrant's responsibility and is dependent on the Internet service provider used.

EXCEPT FOR ANY LIABILITY THAT CANNOT BE EXCLUDED BY LAW, THE PROMOTER (INCLUDING ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES AND AGENTS) EXCLUDES ALL LIABILITY (INCLUDING FOR NEGLIGENCE), FOR ANY PERSONAL INJURY; OR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE (INCLUDING LOSS OF OPPORTUNITY); WHETHER DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL, ARISING IN ANY WAY OUT OF THE PROMOTION, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, WHERE ARISING OUT OF THE FOLLOWING: (A) ANY TECHNICAL DIFFICULTIES OR EQUIPMENT MALFUNCTION (WHETHER OR NOT UNDER THE PROMOTER'S CONTROL); (B) ANY THEFT, UNAUTHORISED ACCESS OR THIRD PARTY INTERFERENCE; (C) ANY REGISTRATION FORM THAT IS LATE, LOST, ALTERED, DAMAGED OR MISDIRECTED (WHETHER OR NOT AFTER RECEIPT BY THE PROMOTER); (D) ANY TAX LIABILITY INCURRED BY A REGISTRANT; OR (E) PARTICIPATION IN THE PROMOTION.

The Promoter collects personal information in order to conduct the Promotion and may, for this purpose, disclose such information to third parties, including, but not limited to, suppliers, or use such information to contact the registrant in relation to this promotion. Receipt of the additional warranty term is conditional on providing this information. In addition, if the registrant checks the relevant box, the Promoter may use the registrant's personal information for the purposes specified at the time of collection. Registrants should direct any request to access, update or correct information to the Promoter. All claims become the property of the Promoter.

The Promoter may vary these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the law of Canada.
