Dr Turner was appointed Chairman of Fisher & Paykel Appliances in February 2011 and has been a Director since November 2010.
Dr Turner is a professional director and is the Deputy Chairman of Auckland International Airport, a Director of Spark Infrastructure, South Australian Power Networks and Victoria Power Networks (in Australia), and a Director of NZ telco network operator Chorus. He is also Chairman of Solar City NZ Limited.
Dr Turner has extensive experience in the New Zealand energy sector. He served as CEO of Meridian Energy Limited from 1999 to 2008. Before that, he worked as a private energy expert advising a range of large corporate clients and government.
He served in a number of industry reform functions that established the current New Zealand industry structure and has had many years in senior industry operations and planning roles.
Dr Turner has a PhD in Engineering and is a Distinguished Fellow of IPENZ.
Mr Liang has been a Director of Fisher & Paykel Appliances since April 2011, and has served as Executive Vice President of Haier Group and President of Haier White Goods Group since 2007.
Prior to these roles, Mr Liang was Vice President of Haier Group and Managing Director of Haier Refrigeration Division.
Between 2002 and 2005, Mr Liang was Vice President of Haier Group and Managing Director of Haier Home Integration Product Division. From 1999, he was the Acting Vice President of Haier Group and Managing Director of Haier Logistics Division.
Mr Liang joined Haier in 1988 and, prior to his appointment to the position of Managing Director of Haier Air Conditioner Division in 1995, held a variety of positions in the manufacturing, engineering, QC and enterprise management departments.
Mr Liang received a Bachelor of Management Science & Engineering degree from Xi'an Jiaotong University and has a PhD in Business Administration.
Stuart was appointed Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Fisher & Paykel Appliances in December 2009.
He has over 25 years' industry experience in every aspect of the company's global operations.
Since 1988, he has held a number of senior management positions within New Zealand and Australia. He has been employed in key leadership roles for the Fisher & Paykel Appliances Group in the United States, the United Kingdom and Europe, where he project managed, established and developed major business units.
Stuart received a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Auckland.
Lisa has been a Director of Fisher & Paykel Appliances since July 2009. She was appointed Senior Vice President of Haier Group in 2010 in addition to her role as Chief Financial Officer.
Previously, she was Vice President of Haier Group Corporation and Director of the Finance Division of Haier Group Corporation. Between 2002 and 2006, she was Director of the Haier Overseas Business Division, where she established Haier as a household name in overseas markets.
She has received several awards for her outstanding contributions towards Haier's globalisation strategy, inlcuding China's Female Business Enterprise and Creator of the Year (2006), China's Chief Accountant of the Year (2006), one of China's Top Ten Businesswomen in 2006, Chief Finance Officer of the Year (2009) and Outstanding Entrepreneur in Shandong Province.
She is a 1992 graduate of the Central University of Finance and Economics, and received an EMBA from China Europe International Business School in 2009.
Bill has been a Director of Fisher & Paykel Appliances since 2011.
He retired as Chief Financial Officer of Fletcher Building Limited in 2013, having been appointed on the separate listing of that company in 2001.
He held several leadership roles in the New Zealand finance sector prior to joining Fletcher Challenge Limited upon the acquisition of Group Rentals in 1986.
He was Managing Director of Fletcher Residential and Fletcher Aluminium before taking up the position of Chief Financial Officer.
Bill is a Director of Housing Foundation, NZ Housing Foundation, and in June 2013 was also appointed to the board of Synlait Milk.

Sue is a professional director based in Melbourne, Australia.

Most recently, Sue was Chairman of Manufacturing Australia from 2013 to 2015. From 2008 to late 2012, Sue was the CEO of ASX-listed Pacific Brands, Australia's leading marketer of "everyday essential" brands including Berlei, Bonds, HardYakka, Jockey, King Gee, Sheridan, and Stussy.
Sue has extensive retail experience, has developed and driven digital strategy, and led business transformations and successful brand development. Sue has a deep understanding of the Australian retail market and Australian consumers.

Jacqueline has been a Director of Fisher & Paykel Appliances since 2016. She is Chief Operating Officer of Fonterra Co-operative Group, where she is leading the business transformation to accelerate performance. She joined Fonterra as Managing Director Global Brands and Nutrition, where she was responsible for Fonterra's $5 billion customer and consumer brands portfolio.
Prior to Fonterra, Jacqueline was Australia and New Zealand General Manager for Arnott's, one of Asia Pacific's largest food companies, where she led the growth of its $1 billion business.
She has developed a strong career track record in FMCG, with executive marketing and innovation roles at Campbell Soup Company and the Kellogg Company, and started her career as a strategy consultant in the consumer products space.
Jacqueline is Deputy Chair of Global Dairy Platform, an organisation that leads a unified approach on dairy industry issues and innovative research. As a member of the Australian Food and Grocery Council, New Zealand Asian Leaders Forum and Global Women, she is deeply committed to ongoing industry development and leadership.
Jacqueline has a Bachelor of Science (First Class Honours) from the University of New South Wales (Australia); an MBA in International Business Strategy and Finance from the Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University (USA); and is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
Mr. Yan has been Executive Vice President of Fisher and Paykel Appliances Ltd since January 2017.
Prior to his current roles, Mr. Yan was a director and Vice President of Haier Japan Sales Company since 2011. Between 2009 and 2011, Mr. Yan was the director of Asia Pacific region, Haier Overseas Electric Appliances Corp.
Previously he held various positions in the overseas department of Haier Electrical Appliances Corporation since 1998 when he first joined Haier.
Mr. Yan received a Bachelor Degree of Arts from Wuhan University and has a Master degree of Business Administration.
Mark was appointed Company Secretary in 2001.
He commenced employment with Fisher & Paykel Appliances in 1977, and since that time has acquired an extensive knowledge of all aspects of the company's financial operations from a range of roles, including Chief Financial Officer from 2004 to 2011.
His current position is General Manager Finance and Company Secretary. He is a member of the Chartered Accountants of New Zealand (CA).
Brett has extensive international experience in the company's manufacturing, international sales and commercial business.
Brett has held responsibility for overall management of Production Machinery since 2000, and in 2011 was appointed to his current role. The production machinery business specialises in producing world-class plants and automated production equipment for a number of international manufacturers.
He has held a variety of senior executive positions within the organisation over the past 36 years.
Andrew was appointed to his current role in 2013.
Andrew joined Fisher & Paykel Appliances in 1987 as a Control Systems Engineer in the East Tamaki Refrigeration Division.
Previous positions within the company include manufacturing support roles in Australia and New Zealand, followed by a move to information technology in 1997 and appointment to the position of Vice President Information Technology in 2002. In 2009, he assumed responsibility for our global supply chain with his appointment as Vice President Supply Chain Management.
Andrew has a Bachelor of Engineering (First Class Honours) from the University of Auckland.
Melanie joined Fisher & Paykel Appliances in January 2014 as General Manager Global Human Resources Operations, and in June 2016 was appointed to her current role of Executive Vice President Human Resources.
Melanie has close to 20 years' experience working internationally in a wide variety of sectors and disciplines. She has held senior human resources and finance roles at global multinational companies in both the IT and financial services sectors, including Commonwealth Banking Group and NCR Corporation.
Melanie holds a Master of Business Administration degree and a Master of Science in Biochemistry degree, both from University of Otago.
Laurence Mawhinney was appointed Executive Vice President Sales & Customer Experience in April 2013.
He has 25 years of international business experience, having served in some of Fisher & Paykel's most critical retail markets.
He joined Fisher & Paykel in 1991 and has held senior sales roles in Australia and North America.
Laurence joined the inaugural teams that pioneered Fisher & Paykel's entry into both the Australian and North American markets. In 2000, he was appointed Vice President Sales & Marketing North America. In 2009, he was appointed President North America.
He attended Harvard Business School in 2013 and completed its General Management Program for Business Leaders.
Matt was appointed Chief Financial Officer in February 2017 from his previous role as Executive Vice President Global Supply Chain.
He joined Fisher & Paykel Appliances back in 2009 as Vice President Group Strategy & Planning, and in 2010 was also appointed Vice President Investor Relations.
He became involved in the management of our global supply chain upon his appointment to the position of General Manager of the Supply Chain Group in 2013.
Prior to joining Fisher & Paykel Appliances, Matt was Vice President Investment Banking at Deutsche Bank New Zealand. Before 2003, he held roles at ABN Amro, Ernst & Young and Telecom New Zealand.
Matt holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree with Combined Honours (First Class Accounting and Finance) from the University of Otago.
Sean joined Fisher & Paykel in January 2015 as Executive Vice President Quality, and in September 2015 was also appointed to the role of Chief Executive Officer of our Components & Technology business.
Sean holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree (Hons 1st division), an MBA, and is a Chartered Engineer. He is also a member of the Institute of Electrical Engineers.
Sean has over 30 years' experience in a variety of international roles, inlcuding at BAe Systems; as Divisional Director at Case Corp; Divisional Director at Robert Bosch; Manufacturing Director, Research & Development Director and Managing Director at Dyson; and Chief Operating Officer at Hyva Group. He has extensive engineering and operational experience in Europe, India and Asia.
Daniel was appointed Executive Vice President Product Development in February 2010. In 2015, he was also appointed Executive Vice President Group Strategy & Project Management.
Daniel has extensive experience in all aspects of the companyâ€™s engineering and project management operations. His previous experience within the company includes various management positions within cooking, dishwashing and refrigeration engineering operations.
He has also held the position of Vice President Marketing, which included a review of the companyâ€™s go to market opportunities.
Daniel holds a BE (Hons) in Mechanical Engineering from Auckland University.
Greg Shepherd joined Fisher & Paykel Appliances Ltd as Executive Vice President Marketing in April 2017.
Prior to his current role Greg was Chief Executive Officer of (formerly) Fisher & Paykel Finance for four years. Greg joined Fisher & Paykel Finance in 2005 and held various roles including Chief Operating Officer with responsibility for Sales, Marketing and Operations.
Previously he has also held senior roles in Sales and Marketing for Bank of New Zealand and Westpac Banking Corporation.
Greg holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Marketing, is an active member of the Institute of Directors, and is in the final stages of completing a Wharton Business School executive education programme.
