The 380L Fridge Freezer is superb. Thoroughly good value. Only disappointment is there is no provision for a manual ice making facility and are required to use the pastry tray to hold old style ice trays taking most available space. In saying that an icemaker may reduce available space for freezing cubicles.

Happy Customer
Had a previous model for 20 years which died, so just went for the same (updated) so that it fitted the space. Very happy with the layout (more door shelves than other models) and robust adjustable shelving and containers. The new lighting system is excellent and the motor is so quiet I don't even notice it.

Very happy
Updated previous model (which died) as happy with it - this one is even better with its great interior layout (more shelves in the door than other models) bright lighting, sturdy adjustable shelves and containers. Very quiet motor. Good looking stainless steel streamlined exterior finish.

Good but lots of room for improvement
It's OK but not great. Lighting and adjustable shelving is good. I like the design of the door with easy access to milk and condiments. I especially like the cheese compartments in the door. Vegetable pull-out bins OK but not big enough. There is lots of space lost to the 2 bins and pull-out tray. Seems to run for long periods of the day even when is having minimal usage. Freezer door doesn't self-close and needs a fairly strong push to make it close. It's easy to leave it partly open and yes, the beeper will sound to remind you, but having an easier door to push closed - especially with your foot when your hands are full would be preferable. We were quite restricted on size due to having to fit it into an existing space but if that wasn't the case I probably would not have purchased this model. It seems to me that a major improvement would be the design and size of the vegetable bins.

Way more room than we expected, got all our product in that we had in a much larger fridge. Easy operation, easy instructions. Love the shelving arrangement in the freezer compartment. Just what we wanted.

Very nice fridge freezer.
Due to the size of our gap for a fridge, this is the only fridge available. In saying that, the led light inside is about the only thing different which is a lot bright inside. It doesn’t make any noises like our old fridge. Very happy with it and I do hope Fisher & Paykel continue to make this size for the many houses that still only have small spaces.

Much better than my previous fridge / freezer
So far this has been a great fridge! I bought it to replace a dying Samsung fridge which was no longer as cold as it should have been. What I like about the F&P fridge is the robust design. The bottle shelves in my old fridge were fragile and broke easily but the shelves in the F&P seem much better built. I also love the freezer drawers which glide in and out very smoothly. The lighting in the fridge is also nice and bright so I can see what I want to grab.

Ours broke down and is replaced after 4 years use! F & P does not want to know about this! I never had or know of anybody who bought a fridge, freezer or combo that lasted only that long.

New series 5 380l fridge even better
Had earlier series fridge which we thought was ideal for 2 people. After looking at various brands we came back to the latest series 5 380l fridge. We are very happy with the space inside, with adjustable shelves & good lighting plus being very quiet as we have an open plan kitchen. Our previous fridge had door handles which we could not get on this size fridge, so we do get door fingerprints but come off easily with a damp cloth

It's like family.
Our 2nd fridge/freezer 'packed a sad' and we went looking for another, so that we could bump our 1st one (an F&P) into the garage and have a new one in the kitchen.
We chose another F&P - we knew what we were getting, and it has lived up to the name. Clean lines, nice and solid, nothing too fancy (and breakable), great freezer space, and plenty of 'place' for everything in what is actually a smaller unit than the one we had in our kitchen before.
Now we have two F&P and we're set for life! Plus, the power bills have come down unbelievably!

Really good features in our new fridge/freezer. The vegetable bin set up is great, as is the freezer tray. Replaced with the same model after 24 years. This one has slightly more room. Shame there is no option for white instead of silver.
