Heat pump dryer
This dryer is very quiet and efficient. Noted minimal increase on power bill. Does require longer than conventional to dry fully but we mostly only use to finish clothes off. Highly recommend.

Very Happy
We are really happy with this dryer. It does everything it is supposed to and does it efficiently and well. There are no worries about venting, the water drains straight into the tub. Sure, it's more expensive than ordinary dryers, but it is good quality and worth it.

We bought the DH8060P1 heat pump dryer in June 2018. It has been disappointing. It has been repaired 3 times in 6 years and it is now failing for the 4th time. We won’t be repairing it. As the first failure happened within warranty F&P have paid all the bills as each successive failure was for the same problem and the warranty for that part extended when replaced. After a period of use the dryer became very noisy to the point where it sounds like it shouldn’t be operating. It is then the issue of getting a repair person to come on multiple occasions to get a to look at the machine then get parts and the repair sorted. Different repair people had different theory’s about the issue but we had the impression it was a known issue to the repairers. The noise would be resolved for a period of close to a year before repeating. In Feb2022 F&P replaced the motor. Now we are looking for a replacement dryer as again the noise is getting increasingly worse. We won’t get F&P this time.

Good drier
This is a good drier. Has lots of helpful options for drying and is easy enough to use. Looks nice. Be sure to measure the depth of the space you wish to install it as it’s slightly bigger than some of the cheaper models. It’s probably a bit louder than I expected.

Love this dryer! It has a very handy light inside, great while you're loading it. Have used the enclosed hose to automatically drain the water. So no need to empty the tank. Brilliant

Squeak when operating drier
Within 2 weeks I had to call the service guys in as when operating, the dryer made a continual squeak. Turns out it is an understood issue with these driers so a replacement part was installed.

Easy to use and seems gentle on clothes
Bought this as my first dryer. Have been quite wary towards dryers in general. After doing a bit of research this seemed reasonable. So far I haven’t had any issues. Clothes come out dry but not burning hot. Have even tried it on my woolen clothes. Overall quite satisfied and no complaints!

I love how big the drum is, such a game changer! I find that I put my cord to the sink, just saves emptying the water container everytime but that’s just me and how I like to do it!
