You can submit your proof of purchase one of two ways; you can scan and upload the purchase receipt/invoice, this can be done when completing the online claim form. Or you can take a photo and upload this image.

The image needs to be clear and the information legible. It must show the product code, date and dealer name.

If 30 days have passed since you have submitted your claim and you have not received an email from notification@prepaiddigitalsolutions.com to claim your Fisher & Paykel Prepaid Mastercard®, please check your spam/junk email folder.

Yes. If you place an order online at www.fisherpaykel.com/uk on a qualifying appliance(s), during the promotional period and a product(s) is on backorder ('out of stock') your saving can still be applied.

If you purchased from a participating retailer - you must still register your claim by 31 May 2021. Your proof of purchase must indicate that you paid a deposit on the qualifying product during the promotional period (06 January - 22 November 2020) and made full payment by 31 May 2020, prior to submitting your claim.

Who Can Enter?

This promotion is only open to residents of Great Britain, the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man aged 18 years and over. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, participating retailers and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible for this promotion. This promotion is not open to trade (commercial) or wholesale customers. This promotion applies to purchases of “A-grade” products only and does not apply to purchases of trade seconds or refurbished products.

Promotional Period

The promotion commences GMT 6 January 2020 at 00.01am and closes GMT 22 November 2020 at 11.59pm (Promotional Period). Claims must be received by the Promoter by GMT 31 May 2021 at 11.59pm (Claims End Date), any claims received after this date will be ineligible.

Promotional Offer

Purchase needs to be made in one transaction. Purchase any combination of Fisher & Paykel appliances, spares or accessories (excludes delivery, installation, warranty costs or any other associated items or costs) (each a Qualifying Product), online from www.fisherpaykel.com/uk or in-store at a participating Fisher & Paykel retailer (Participating Retailer) during the Promotional Period and be eligible to receive the saving or cash back payment relevant to your spend level.

The maximum saving per customer per transaction for this promotion is £1000.

How to redeem

In-store from a participating retailer

Cash back will be paid to you following the purchase of your appliances in-store from participating Fisher & Paykel retailers. Once the product has been delivered you can register for your claim online.

Registrations close on the Claims End Date after which no further claims will be accepted. Claimants must agree to these full Terms & Conditions on the online registration form and supply the information marked as mandatory, including providing proof of purchase (or proof of finance/payment agreement).

This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offers from Fisher & Paykel during the same period.

When registering your claim please supply the following information:

  1. Name and Contact details – name (which must match the name on the proof of purchase), physical address (not a PO Box), valid email address and daytime contact phone number.
  2. Valid serial number(s) of your Qualifying Product(s). These can be found either on the outer packing or on the product itself. If you have trouble finding the serial number, you can call customer service on 08000 886 605. This is not mandatory.
  3. Copy of your proof of purchase - a receipt/tax invoice indicating date of purchase, store (including address) invoice number, details of Qualifying Product(s) including model number, the customer name, the price paid (excluding any additional charges e.g. warranty costs) and total invoice amount. If you purchase online, then an online order confirmation and delivery note will suffice, if they show details of the Qualifying Product(s), including model number and the date purchased.

You can supply your proof of purchase by either scanning or taking a photo of your proof of purchase and uploading it to your online registration form.

Claimants must retain the original proof of purchase. Failure to produce the proof of purchase when requested may, in the absolute discretion of the Promoter, result in the invalidation of a claimant’s claim and forfeiture to any right to the cash back.

Purchases must be paid for in full and from the same participating retailer on the same day. Lay-bys will not be eligible to claim the cash back unless paid in full by the end of the Promotional Period. Qualifying Product(s) purchased under finance or payment agreements are eligible to participate in this promotion.

If a Qualifying Product is on backorder ('out of stock') the required deposit on that product must be paid during the Promotional Period to be eligible for this offer. Full payment and receipt of the Qualifying Product(s) (and therefore access to the product serial number) must occur before the Claims End Date GMT 22 December 2020 at 11.59pm in order to lodge a qualifying claim for this promotional offer.

The cash back value of £300 to £1000 that can be claimed from the purchase in a single transaction, will be paid by a Fisher & Paykel Prepaid Mastercard®. You will receive an email from notification@prepaiddigitalsolutions.com to select your choice of a physical or virtual card. A valid email address is required to receive payment.

If your claim is approved an approval email will be sent to you at the email address supplied in your claim.
