Bonus Gift Terms and Conditions
Information on how to claim the Bonus Gift forms a part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
This promotion is only open to individuals who are legal residents of the 50 United States of America who are 21 years or over. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, participating retailers and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible.
Excludes purchases from Lowe’s. Limited to 5 claims per household/person.
Qualifying Products are to be paid for in full. If a Qualifying Product is on backorder ('out of stock') a deposit on that product must be paid during the Promotional Period to be eligible for this offer.
You agree that if you receive the Bonus Gift but then return the Qualifying Product(s) under any returns policy the retailer may have, you will also return the Bonus Gift to the Promoter.
The offer is not applicable to trade, commercial or wholesale suppliers, this includes but is not limited to purchases made from suppliers that do not generally sell direct to the public.
This promotion applies to purchases of A grade products only and does not apply to purchases of trade seconds, refurbished products, floor products or open box products.
The Bonus Gift is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
This offer can be used in conjunction with the DCS 5% Mail-in Rebate promotion and the Fisher & Paykel 5% Mail-in Rebate promotion but no other rebate promotion.
All qualifying products must be invoiced by a single participating dealer and show one claim per household.
The Promoter reserves the right to vary these Terms and Conditions without notice, to modify, reschedule or terminate the promotion or to modify or extend the closing date and criteria of the promotion at its discretion.
The Promoter’s decision on all matters pertaining to this promotion is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into, except as otherwise stated in these Terms and Conditions.
EXCEPT FOR ANY LIABILITY THAT CANNOT BE EXCLUDED BY LAW, THE PROMOTER AND ITS RESPECTIVE BODIES CORPORATE (INCLUDING THEIR OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES AND AGENTS) EXCLUDES ALL LIABILITY WHETHER ARISING IN TORT (INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION FOR NEGLIGENCE), CONTRACT OR OTHERWISE FOR ANY PERSONAL INJURY; OR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF OPPORTUNITY, LOSS OF PROFITS OR LOSS OF PROPERTY); WHETHER DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL, ARISING IN ANY WAY OUT OF THE PROMOTION, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, WHERE ARISING OUT OF THE FOLLOWING: (A) ANY TECHNICAL DIFFICULTIES OR EQUIPMENT MALFUNCTION (WHETHER OR NOT UNDER THE PROMOTER'S CONTROL); (B) ANY THEFT, UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS OR THIRD PARTY INTERFERENCE; (C) ANY VARIATION IN GIFT VALUE; (E) ANY TAX LIABILITY; OR (F) PARTICIPATION IN THE PROMOTION OR RECEIPT AND/OR USE OF THE BONUS GIFT.
You accept the Bonus Gift entirely at your own risk and indemnify the Promoter in respect of any claim for accident, injury or property damage that may occur in connection with the Bonus Gift.
If any Bonus Gift or part of a Bonus Gift is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the Bonus Gift with a Bonus Gift of equal or greater value.
This promotion and these Terms and Conditions are governed by the law of California.
