| Fault Code | Possible Cause | Solution |
| A10 | Water supply error | Check the tap is turned on. Check inlet filters are not blocked ensure water supply pressure meets minimum requirement as per the installation guide - if OK, you will require a Service Technician to assist - Click Here to schedule a visit. |

| A20 and E20 | Draining issue | Check drain hose is not bent or kinked. Check the drain hose is connected correctly to the plumbing and the spigot is correctly drilled out. |
| Turbidity sensor | The turbidity sensor located in the sump may need cleaning - refer to the user guide for cleaning instructions. |
| F30 | Flood switch activated | If accidental spillage occurred during the filling of the rinse aid dispenser or incorrect detergent was used this may cause excess foam in the dishwasher. Turning the water supply and power off to the product for 24/48 hours may dry out any excess moisture and reset the appliance.
