How to Fix

Please note that some water may leak from the filter when it is removed.
1. Turn the machine off at the power supply and unplug before cleaning these parts.
2. Use a flathead screwdriver to push the release tab upwards for the filter cover. Pull down to release the door
3. Place a shallow tray or enough towels underneath the pump to catch water. Pull down, pour spout, and remove the pump filter. Turn it anticlockwise slowly to drain water gradually.
4. Turn the filter anti-clockwise to remove. Clean and rinse the filter. Check and clear the cavity behind the filter and remove any obstructions in pump body. Check Refit the filter and turn clockwise until fully tightened. Do not use excessive force to tighten.
