Your Fisher and Paykel washer-dryer is displaying a fault code such as Clear Filter, E1, NO Water, Water Level Too High, E23, E22, Clean Filter, E36, E41, E7, E3, E31, E34, E35, E50, E51, E52, E53, E56, E5D, ECT, E5, Lock, or End. This code helps identify the cause of the issue and how to fix it.

Possible Causes

• Clear Filter: Not draining

• E1: Door locks

• NO Water: Not filling

• Water Level Too High: High water level detected

• E22: High drying water level detected

• Clean Filter: Drying filter reminder

• E41: Water heating error

• E7: Motor error

• E3, E31, E34, E35, E23, E36, ECT: Sensor error

• Lock: The door will remain locked if the water level, temperature, or drum speed is outside the safe operating range. Please wait for the cycle to complete before attempting to open the door.

How to Fix

Clean Filter

1. Remove the lint filter located between the detergent/softener compartments and screen.

2. Clean the filter by running your fingers along the grid or wiping with a soft cloth.

3. Ensure the filter is correctly in place before running another cycle.

1. Check that no articles of clothing are preventing the door from closing fully. Once clear, press the OK button to resume the cycle.

NO Water

1. Check that the inlet hose at the back of the washer-dryer isn’t twisted or bent.

2. Make sure the water tap is fully turned on.

3. Run a nearby tap to confirm that water is flowing normally in your home.

4. If the code returns, book a service repair have the fault code ready to help speed up support.

Clear Filter

The following instructions are for product code 92302

Please note that some water may leak from the filter when it is removed.

1. Turn the machine off at the power supply and unplug before cleaning these parts.

2. Use a flathead screwdriver to push the release tab upwards for the filter cover. Pull down to release the door

3. Place a shallow tray or enough towels underneath the pump to catch water. Pull down, pour spout, and remove the pump filter. Turn it anticlockwise slowly to drain water gradually.

4. Turn the filter anti-clockwise to remove. Clean and rinse the filter. Check and clear the cavity behind the filter and remove any obstructions in pump body. Check Refit the filter and turn clockwise until fully tightened. Do not use excessive force to tighten.
