Refrigerator Active Smart Fault Codes

• To work out the Fault Code on your ActiveSmart refrigerator, please follow the steps below:
• Alarm Beeps - Count the number of alarm beeps. e.g My fridge is beeping 5 times, this is Fault Code 5 
• Flashing LED - Count across the LED panel to the RED flashing light (Green Lights on T Models only), use the corresponding number on the Binary Code Image below to work out your Fault Code

Example fault code shown below:

1 + 4 + 8 = 13 (Fault code 13 : Ambient heater open circuit)

What to Do

If there is a fault in the temperature measuring system, defrost system, ice maker, fans, or low ambient heater, when the PC door is opened the spanner icon will be blinking on the display (some models only) and the fault code is displayed in a binary code on the flashing LEDs Active Smart - To silence the alarm, press the alarm mute button T Models Only (refer Example 2 in left column) - To silence the alarm, press any button (the lights will still flash) If the problem persists, please note down the LED's which are flashing, advise these when booking a service as you will need a Service Technician to assist with this - Click Here to schedule a visit online.
