Possible Causes

How to Fix
- Check that the power supply is connected and working.
- Check that the gas supply valve is turned on. If you use bottled gas, check the bottle is not empty.

Remove the burner rings and caps. Make sure they are clean, dry, and fitted flat. Refit them correctly before trying to relight. - Clean the ignitors gently with a toothbrush and methylated spirits. Allow them to dry completely before using the burner.
- Remove the injector and use a fine needle to clear any blockage. Refit the injector and burner parts securely, then turn the control dial again. If the burner still does not light, book a service.
