Possible Causes
- Dishes are loaded incorrectly so water can't drain off them
- Unsuitable wash program selected for the load
- Rinse aid is low or empty, so water is staying on dish surfaces when you unload the dishwasher
How to Fix
Load items effectively
- Space items evenly so they don't overlap or nest together.
- Place cups and containers upside down so they don't fill with water.
- Check there are no items that will prevent the spray arm from rotating.
Select the right cycle
- For everyday loads, use Auto or Normal cycles.
- For heavily soiled items, use Heavy or Intensive.
- Use EXTRA DRY or DRY+ modifiers to extend the drying phase.
Refill rinse aid if the indicator is on
- Open the dishwasher and check the rinse aid indicator. Only refill rinse aid if the indicator is on.
- To refill, open the rinse aid dispenser and carefully fill to the MAX line with quality rinse aid.
- Wipe up any spills immediately - rinse aid spills can cause excess foaming.
- Close the dispenser.
Helpful Tips
- Unload the bottom dish rack first to prevent water from upper items dripping onto dry items.
- Remove and air dry plastic items as they tend to retain moisture, and allow hot dishes to cool before unloading the dishwasher.
- Clean the filter regularly so the dishwasher can drain well.
