Possible Causes
- Drawer not closed soon enough after starting the cycle
- Controls are locked so start button not working
- Drawer not completely closed
- Issue with the power supply to the DishDrawer
How to Fix
- Check that a cycle is selected, then press start and close the drawer straight away so the cycle does not time out.
- Check if the lock symbol is illuminated on the display panel. If so, press and hold the modifier selector [*] to unlock the controls.
- Check that nothing is obstructing the drawer and the seal is clean and has no damage.
- Check that the DishDrawer is connected to the power supply.
Helpful Tips
- Close the drawer as soon as you start the cycle. If the drawer is not closed within 7 seconds, the cycle will time out.
- If the DishDrawer still will not start after these steps, book a service repair.
