Possible Causes

• Drawer not closed soon enough after starting the cycle
• Controls are locked so start button not working
• Drawer not completely closed
• Issue with the power supply to the DishDrawer

How to Fix

1. Check that a cycle is selected, then press start and close the drawer straight away so the cycle does not time out.
2. Check if the lock symbol is illuminated on the display panel. If so, press and hold the modifier selector [*] to unlock the controls.
3. Check that nothing is obstructing the drawer and the seal is clean and has no damage.
4. Check that the DishDrawer is connected to the power supply.

Helpful Tips

• Close the drawer as soon as you start the cycle. If the drawer is not closed within 7 seconds, the cycle will time out.
• If the DishDrawer still will not start after these steps, book a service repair.
