Possible Causes
- Water on your fingers when you touch the buttons
- Control panel is locked or in sleep mode

How to Fix
- Make sure your hands are dry, then press the modifier selector [*] to wake up the controls.
- Close and open the drawer to wake up the controls.
- If the lock indicator is on, press and hold the modifier selector [*] until the lock indicator turns off.
- Turn off the power supply to the DishDrawer, wait 10 seconds, then turn on the power supply to reset the controls.
- If the controls still are not working after these steps, book a service repair.
