Possible Causes
- Drying fan is running to remove moisture from the DishDrawer
- Cooling fan is running to prevent overheating and protect the electronic components from damage
- Issue with the power supply
How to Fix
These fans are designed to protect your DishDrawer and extend its life. They are normal and should not be a cause for concern.
- Drawer Dry fan: This low-powered fan runs automatically after a cycle and may run for several hours to remove moisture. If you need to stop it temporarily, open the drawer. On single drawer models, the fan will resume when you close the drawer.
- Cooling fan: Allow the cooling fan to run as required to prevent overheating and protect internal components.
- If fan noise becomes worse or unusual, book a service repair.
Helpful Tips
- Schedule wash cycles to end at times when the post-cycle fan noise will not cause a disturbance.
- Allow Drawer Dry to complete its drying cycle to help prevent moisture buildup in the DishDrawer system.
