Possible Causes
- Moisture in the dispenser before detergent was added
- Dispenser cover is blocked by dishes and can't open
- Low water pressure unable to completely flush the detergent
How to Fix
- Remove caked on detergent from the dispenser with a soft brush. Use a cloth to dry the dispenser.
- Rearrange items that may be preventing the dispenser cover from opening.
- Check that water pressure from kitchen taps is normal, then add detergent to dry dispenser and run a normal cycle. If detergent is still in the dispenser after these steps, book a service repair.
Helpful Tips
- Store detergent in a cool, dry place.
- Ensure dispenser is dry and add detergent just before starting a cycle.
- Close the drawer after unloading so the Drawer Dry fan can run uninterrupted and remove excess moisture.
