Possible Causes

• Moisture in the dispenser before detergent was added
• Dispenser cover is blocked by dishes and can't open
• Low water pressure unable to completely flush the detergent

How to Fix

1. Remove caked on detergent from the dispenser with a soft brush. Use a cloth to dry the dispenser.
2. Rearrange items that may be preventing the dispenser cover from opening.
3. Check that water pressure from kitchen taps is normal, then add detergent to dry dispenser and run a normal cycle. If detergent is still in the dispenser after these steps, book a service repair.
