Possible Causes
- Load is out of balance
- Washer is not level on the floor so spin cycle is not working correctly
- Washer not installed with enough clearance at sides and/or back and is knocking against something, or transit bolts have not been removed
How to Fix
- Check and redistribute the load to ensure items are evenly spread in the washer. Remove items to reduce the load size if necessary.
- Check that the washer is sitting level. If not level, adjust the feet.
- Ensure there is adequate space at the sides and back of the washer as it may move during a cycle. Check the back of the washer to make sure any transit bolts have been removed.
Helpful Tips
- Wash large, bulky items individually and always use a specially designed cycle, like Bulky or Sheets, where available.
- Install washer on a solid, level surface without textured floor coverings.
