Our call out fee starts at $110, which includes travel and diagnosis. For exact charges for your address, please check pricing here. Appliances covered by manufacturer's warranty are serviced free of charge.

Dedicated Fisher & Paykel Technicians use genuine spare parts and you are covered by a 12 month parts & labour warranty.

* This charge is per appliance and covers any subsequent visits. Parts incur an additional cost. A complimentary diagnosis and an estimate of parts, labor and applicable taxes will be given before any repairs begin. If you don't wish to go forward with repairs, only the service fee will be charged.
