Shipped, and was sold, with missing parts!!
Refrigerator shipped, and was sold, with missing parts!! As a result, fresh food door is constantly slanted and fresh food door compartments unusable due to potential further damage. Working with retailer to acquire parts and repair unit.

Great Purchase
We have had our new fridge for just over a month now and we couldn’t be happier with our purchase. We love the glass shelves, it’s very quiet and there is plenty of room for food storage. We selected this fridge because our kitchen is small and the opening for the fridge cannot accommodate some of the larger models and being counter depth it does not intrude too far into our kitchen.

Looks really good. Too expensive. Freezer drawer no light, which is unexcusable at that price and is a major disatisfactor. When opening the bottom freezer drawer, it does not pull the upper part like every other fridge does on the market. Even at low setting, it freezes my beer on the top shelf.
Ice machine work fine and does not take door space, but no option for crushed ice.
Water dispenser drips some amount after releasing the switch. Need to inform guest to prevent water on the floor if they remove their glass too quick.

Door Dents Incredibly Easy.
I wanted a new fridge to have a cleaner, more modern looking fridge. Our previous was a Kitchenaid. While researching our new appliance, I was impressed with the quality of the interior. I neglected to note there is not a light in the freezer drawer, but that’s my fault. My biggest complaint is how incredibly easy the door dents. We are two adults in our household - no small children wreaking havoc. To date, we have four dents in the door and have only had it since March 2023. This alone would prevent me from purchasing another Fisher Paykel fridge.

The Fridge That Fits Best Our Needs
The fridge fits nicely the space occupied by our previous one. However, the new one has much more flexible internal layout, especially the adjustable shelving on the fridge's door. The freezer compartment has containers instead of baskets. The fridge control functions are very slick and very easy to operate.
