Terms and Conditions

For a limited time, Fisher & Paykel Appliances is offering an instant rebate of between 5% - 15% off the purchase of specified Qualifying Products . Information on the instant rebate forms part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed as acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. This promotion is not valid in conjunction with any other offer/promotion, unless otherwise stated.

Who Can Claim?

This promotion is only open to individuals who are legal residents of, and live within, Canada and who are at least 21 years old as at the time of purchase. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, participating retailers and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible. This promotion shall be limited to one entry per household, except where prohibited by law.

Promotional Period

The promotion commences 12.01am (EST) January 1, 2023 and closes 11.59pm (EST) April 30, 2023 ( Promotional Period ), subject to the Redemption Extension period.

Promotional Offer

During the Promotional Period, Fisher & Paykel is offering a "Buy More Save More Event" that provides the following instant rebates off the purchase price of Qualifying Products where they are purchased in a single transaction from a single participating retailer:

1. Buy two Qualifying Products*, get 5% off the total purchase price;
2. Buy three Qualifying Products*, get 10% off the total purchase price;
3. Buy four or more Qualifying Products* and get 15% off the total purchase price.

*The purchase must include one Range and one Integrated Refrigeration appliance, OR one Cooktop with Oven and one Integrated Refrigeration appliance. Two single DishDrawer™ Dishwashers count as one piece in the offer. Warming drawers and ventilation do not qualify as cooking appliances.

If a Qualifying Product is on backorder ('out of stock') or delayed delivery, a deposit must be paid within the Promotional Period, and the full price for the Qualifying Product must be paid prior to December 31, 2023, in order to be eligible for this offer ( Redemption Extension ).

Qualifying Products are to be paid for in full. Instant rebates will be applied at the point of sale and are not exchangeable or transferable for cash.

If a Qualifying Product(s) are returned under any returns policy, the retailer may have, the rebate(s) may also be required to be returned.

This promotion does not apply to:

1. any Fisher & Paykel Canada Quoted Builder/Commercial Contracted quotes or sales;
2. trade seconds or refurbished Qualifying Products;
3. Floor Qualifying products or open box Qualifying Products;
4. Free Qualifying products as part of other promotional packages; or
5. Trade commercial or wholesale suppliers, which includes but is not limited to purchases made from suppliers that do not generally sell to the public.
