For a limited time, Fisher & Paykel Appliances is offering an instant rebate of $325 off qualifying Next Generation Dishwasher models (‘Qualifying Products’). Information on the rebate forms part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed as acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. This promotion is not valid in conjunction with any other offer/promotion, unless otherwise stated.
This promotion is only open to individuals who are legal residents of and live within Canada and who are at least 19 years old as at the time of purchase. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, participating retailers and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible. This promotion does not apply to any Fisher & Paykel Canada Quoted Builder/Commercial Contracted quotes or sales or any trade seconds or refurbished products. Floor products or open box products do not qualify. Free or discounted products as part of other promotional packages do not qualify.
The promotion applies to purchases made during the period to (Promotional Period).
Purchase a qualifying *Next Generation Dishwasher from a participating retailer during the Promotional Period and receive an instant rebate of $325. *Next Generation Dishwashers include the four new model additions to our luxurious suite of high-performing, beautiful to use Dishwashers.
Qualifying Products must be paid for in full. Instant rebates will be applied at the point of sale and are not exchangeable or transferable for cash.
If a Qualifying Product(s) are returned under a returns policy, the rebate(s) may also be required to be returned. The promotion is limited to one entry per household and one rebate per Qualifying Product.

Qualifying Products are to be paid for in full during the Promotional Period, including any Qualifying Products on backorder ('out of stock').
The offer is not applicable to trade, commercial or wholesale suppliers, this includes but is not limited to purchases made from suppliers that do not generally sell direct to the public. This promotion applies to purchases of A grade products only and does not apply to purchases of trade seconds, refurbished products, floor products or open box products.
The Promoter may, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law, vary the terms and conditions without notice, disqualify any purchaser or modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion. The decision of the Promoter is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

If for any reason, any aspect of this promotion is not capable of running as planned including, but not limited to, by reason of tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failure or any cause beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the Promoter may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion, or invalidate any affected entries.
The Promoter may collect personal information in order to conduct the promotion and may, for this purpose, disclose such information to third parties, including, but not limited to suppliers and, as required, to regulatory authorities, or use such information to contact the purchaser in relation to this promotion. These Terms and Conditions are deemed to incorporate our privacy policy and by entering the promotion, you accept the terms and conditions of our Privacy Policy.
The Promoter (or its associated or affiliated companies or third parties who have licensed its brands to the Promoter or contributed to the application) (Content Owner) own or license from third parties all application content.
