What Can I Expect?
Our design ethos, Designed in New Zealand, translated to the
Toronto context by architect Omar Gandhi — alongside incredible
examples of bespoke kitchen and fabric care design. Each of our
global experience centres is an immersive creative environment
composed of sculptural moments and spaces.
In Toronto, these include a bespoke Minimal Kitchen,
Professional Kitchen, a Contemporary Kitchen that is also our
Social Kitchen demonstration space, an Apartment Kitchen,
Outdoor Kitchen, Wine Care Experience and Fabric Care
Experience.
Each of these environments illustrates different aesthetic
possibilities, and shows how integrated appliances and our
unique product design styles can change the reading of space
from utility to architectural statement.
WHAT IS A SOCIAL KITCHEN?
The Social Kitchen is the heart of every Experience Centre. It
is a working luxury kitchen, dining and wine experience space
that brings to life the food care, cooking performance and
dishwashing insights that underpin our approach to product
design.
The Social Kitchen is used for mastery of temperature culinary
experiences, which are an opportunity to understand the science,
performance and human insights behind our appliance solutions:
how cooking methods, temperature and heat types combine for
perfect flavour and texture, and how different cooling methods,
temperatures and humidity levels combine for perfect food care
and wine preservation. Bookings essential.
Can I Buy Appliances at the Experience Centre?
No. However, if you would like to make a purchase, we will
happily provide a list of retailers located near you.
