Appliance Purchases & Payment
If you see an 'Out of stock' notification next to the
product you'd like, call Fisher & Paykel Customer Care on +65 6547 0100.
If you are not happy with any purchase please contact us

with you to resolve your concerns.
The first thing to do is check your junk mail folder as
depending on any mail filters you have set, it may have been automatically

Delivery of Appliances
We deliver to any home address throughout Singapore. We
are unable to deliver to Post Office Boxes.
Once you have placed your order, our team will contact
you to book your delivery in, including discussing specific details. The
delivery timeline depends on delivery area and is divided into 4-hour
blocks.

schedule a delivery date that works for you.
Saturday deliveries are available. Just call our Customer
Care team on +65 6741 0777 to arrange weekend delivery. There is no extra
charge.
Yes, appliances ordered at the same time will arrive
together. However, any accessories you order may be delivered separately.
Appliance Connection
We can currently only connect refrigerators, due to
safety reasons. While we will make every effort to deliver your appliances
to the area they will be used in, we cannot install them.

Yes, for standard connections as explained in the
installation guide available online. Anything out of the ordinary will be
discussed with you at the time of delivery.
