Fisher & Paykel provides delivery for products purchased on this website to any address throughout Singapore, excluding Post Office Boxes. This service is provided free–of–charge for all purchases, except where:
- only spares and accessories have been purchased, or
- special arrangement, or further manual labour beyond that which is required for basic lift landings, is required.

Organising your delivery
You'll provide a delivery address at the time of checkout. If you've ordered a large or bulky item, we will contact you to arrange the details of your delivery, such as how we access your property, whether there are stairs or an elevator, and so on. An estimated delivery date will also be provided. Someone will need to be available at the time of delivery to sign for the receipt of your products. If no one is present at the time of delivery, we will rearrange a new delivery date, but a delivery surcharge will be payable.
Delivery of an order shall be completed and all risk in the products (including risk of loss and/or damage to the products) shall pass to you when they are delivered to the address you gave us.
We shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver products if the delay or failure is caused by circumstances beyond our control. If we are unable to meet the estimated delivery date because of an event outside our control, we will contact you with a revised estimated delivery date.
You agree that any delivery confirmation provided by the carrier is deemed sufficient proof of delivery to you, even without a signature.
If you choose delivery or installation, a Fisher & Paykel representative will be in contact to confirm these arrangements.
Disposal of Like–for–Like Products
Fisher & Paykel Singapore is a member of the NEA Producer Responsibility Scheme (PRS) and offers free disposal for like-for-like products (e.g. we will responsibly dispose of your old refrigerator when your new Fisher & Paykel refrigerator is delivered).
What if we can’t deliver to your specified property?
The products we sell are often big and heavy things to lift, so we ask that you think carefully about where you would like your purchase delivered, and whether it will fit or we can gain access.
Staircases, narrow corridors, and restricted parking are all things that may hinder our ability to deliver. In these situations, we may be able to offer delivery to the nearest point possible e.g. your garage, so you can make arrangements to get the product in. Please talk this through with us when we contact you to organise your delivery, as we cannot take responsibility for products that, upon arrival, will not fit through a door, etc.
If we can’t make the delivery date specified, we will attempt another delivery date or give you a full refund, but please be advised, if a product needs to be exchanged or returned due to a fit issue, there will be a charge to ship the product back to us and to restock it.

You can choose to add installation to your delivery during the check-out process, at the cost specified then. If you have ordered your product without installation but would like to add this, please call our Sales Admin team on +65 6547 0100.
If you’ve chosen to have your product installed, please note installation will only be carried out where the joinery, electrical and plumbing requirements meet those shown in the applicable Fisher & Paykel product installation instructions and all electrical wiring and fittings must meet the electrical standard for the appliance being installed.
If we’re replacing your old appliance, please disconnect it, defrost if necessary and ensure all water, laundry and other personal items are removed from the appliance before we arrive.
