Cancellation and Returns

Cancellation

You may cancel your order at any time up to 48 hours before delivery by contacting us at +65 6741 0777. If you cancel your order, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs.

We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than 14 (fourteen) days after the day on which we are informed about your decision to cancel your order.

We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, and you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

Returns

If you receive your order and you're not satisfied, please call our Customer Care team on +65 6741 0777 or email sg.customercare@fisherpaykel.com (Monday - Friday, ) within 3 (three) days from the date of delivery. Our Customer Care Consultant will work with you to resolve your concerns.

Spare parts returns

If:

  • any spare parts are damaged in transit to you
  • we have shipped the wrong spare part to you
  • we have shipped the wrong quantity of spare parts to you;
  • you wish to return a spare part you have ordered for any other reason,

contact us by phone on +65 6741 0777 or email at sg.customercare@fisherpaykel.com within 7 (seven) calendar days of delivery. We will supply you with Authorised Product Return documentation, which must be returned with your spare part.

Any spare part returns must be returned in original unused condition, complete with its original packaging, product literature (if any), etc.

Where a spare part is returned because we have made an error or it has been damaged in transit to you we will bear the shipping costs to return the spare part and we will provide a full refund. Where a spare part has been returned because you have changed your mind or ordered the wrong item you are responsible for the return shipping costs.

After we receive your return, we will process the return and issue any applicable refunds as soon as commercially reasonable under the circumstances of the return.

When you contact us about your return, we will provide you with an Authorised Product Return (APR) documentation and any additional information that may be required to facilitate return shipping to us. This APR documentation must be returned with your spare part. We will not accept or process any returns that do not contain the APR documentation. After we receive your return, we will process the return and issue any applicable refunds as soon as commercially reasonable under the circumstances of the return.

Fisher & Paykel cannot process or refund packages marked "Return to Sender" or any other packages not marked with an APR issued by us as required above.
