Spare parts returns
- any spare parts are damaged in transit to you
- we have shipped the wrong spare part to you
- we have shipped the wrong quantity of spare parts to you;
- you wish to return a spare part you have ordered for any other reason,
contact us by phone on +65 6741 0777 or email at customerserviceSG@fisherpaykel.com within seven calendar days of delivery. We’ll supply you with Authorised Product Return documentation, which must be returned with your spare part.
Any spare part returns must be returned in original unused condition, complete with its original packaging, product literature (if any), etc.
Where a spare part is returned because we have made an error or it has been damaged in transit to you we will bear the shipping costs to return the spare part and we will provide a full refund. Where a spare part has been returned because you have changed your mind or ordered the wrong item you are responsible for the return shipping costs.
After we receive your return, we will process the return and issue any applicable refunds as soon as commercially reasonable under the circumstances of the return.
