Returns & Exchanges
At Fisher & Paykel, every product is crafted with care and delivered with the same attention to detail. The following terms are designed to ensure clarity, fairness, and a seamless experience.
These Terms apply to products purchased directly from Fisher & Paykel Appliances (Singapore) Pte Ltd.
If you have purchased your product through an authorised retailer, your purchase is governed by that retailer's own terms and conditions of sale, in addition to the manufacturer's warranty.
1. Definitions
In these Terms:
- "Product" means any appliance or spare parts supplied by Fisher & Paykel.
- "You" or "Customer" means the purchaser of the Product.
- "Delivery" means the handover of the Product to you or your authorised representative.
- "Original Packaging" includes all boxes, protective materials, accessories and documentation.
2. Returns by Prior Arrangement
To ensure every return is handled with care and traceability, all returns must be arranged with Fisher & Paykel in advance by contacting us at
+65 6741 0777 or by emailing sg.customercare@fisherpaykel.com (Monday - Friday, 8.30 am - 5.30 pm).
3. Cancellation Before Delivery
You may cancel your order for any reason up to two (2) working days before the scheduled delivery date.
4. Change of Mind on the Day of Delivery
If you decide not to proceed with your purchase on the day of delivery, for any reason, we are pleased to accept the return provided that:
- The Product remains unopened and in its Original Packaging, and
- The Product is returned immediately with our delivery team.
In these circumstances, a restocking and handling fee of SGD 200, plus GST, applies. If these conditions have not been met, we will not accept the return, and a refund will not be provided.
Once a Product has been unpacked, installed, or used, we regret that it cannot be returned or exchanged, unless it is faulty and covered under our Warranty Policy.
5. Incorrect or Damaged Products
We invite you to inspect your Product at the time of delivery.
If your Product is:
- Not what you ordered, or
- Has been damaged during transit,
Please inform our delivery team immediately and decline the delivery. We will arrange a replacement or re-delivery as promptly as possible.
6. After Delivery and Unpacking
Once delivery has been accepted and the Product has been unpacked, returns, exchanges, or refunds are not available, except where covered under warranty.
This ensures every Product we accept back meets our quality and safety standards.
7. Product Care & Warranty
Your warranty period commences on the date of delivery.
Should your Product develop a fault within the warranty period, it will be taken care of in accordance with our Warranty Policy.
Depending on the nature of the issue, Fisher & Paykel will, at its discretion:
- Repair your Product, or
- Replace your Product.
Nothing in these Terms affects your rights under Singapore consumer protection laws.
8. Refunds
Where a refund has been approved, it will be made:
- To your original payment method, or
- By bank transfer
Any applicable fees (such as the restocking) will be deducted from the refund amount.
9. Transfer of Responsibility
Responsibility for the Product passes to you once delivery has been accepted.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.
