Doors are free from water system to allow for storage of food items. Love the clean simple lines. Freezer has good amount of storage. To date haven't found anything negative about this frig.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love my Fridge I had a smaller Fisher-Paykel in our previous home. I opted for a larger refrigerator when we built our new home and I love it. The shelves are accessible without opening both doors. Freezer is large enough to accommodate several items without being cramped.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great fridge. Awesome customer service. Excellent refrigerator. Even better customer service. This refrigerator is absolutely beautiful and incredibly well designed. We recently encountered a minor issue that we wanted to address and were disappointed to realize that we were just beyond our warranty coverage. However, when I called customer service they immediately explained that they would be happy to cover the costs of the repair. We are so thankful for a company that truly stands by its products and takes care of its customers.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Nice with a few drawbacks I wanted a refrigerator with a water dispenser only (not ice) on the door. The Fisher & Paykel French door refrigerator was the only one that fit this description and met the dimensions I required. I liked the layout of the shelves in the refrigerator and freezer and the look of the refrigerator itself. I've had the refrigerator for three months now and the water dispenser is great, the refrigerator shelves are well arranged and it keeps an appropriate temperature in the refrigerator and freezer, but there are a few drawbacks to the refrigerator. -You have to hold your glass under the spout for a few seconds after it is filled with water so the water won't spill on the floor because the water flow doesn't completely stop when you remove your glass. - You have to open both doors to open the drawers. - The ice maker is slow to start up again if you finish the ice in the drawer. - The water filter is outside of the refrigerator. They suggest that you place the filter behind the fridge, which means that you have to pull the refrigerator out to change the filter. My husband was able to drill a hole in the cabinet above so we could place the filter in an accessible spot. - It is very difficult to connect the refrigerator to the Internet

I like having the water dispenser on the outside of the door - with kids it is an easy access feature. I have now bought the same refrigerator twice as when I moved I left the refrigerator in the house. Spacious. I would recommend it to anyone.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Needs Improvement We really like this fridge. It's easy to organize, maintains temps, and the shallow water dispenser is awesome. Aesthetically, super pleasing. However, there's a couple things holding it back from a true 4/5-star review. - The exterior door panels scratch and dent way too easily. For the cost, we were expecting something a bit more robust. We treat our appliances with respect, but even small impacts or abrasions will leave a mark. - The ice cube maker functions well, but the tray/container has a tendency to "block up". If left undisturbed for more than a couple days all the ice cubes freeze together and turn into a solid block in the tray. You then have to attack it with an ice pick or pull the entire thing out and run warm water over it to release the block. Not what we expect from a fridge at this price point. - The factory-supplied water filter needed to be replaced within the first 45 days of use. Again, at $80 for a replacement...this is bordering on criminal. It's like you're taking sales cues from the Ink Jet Printer Industrial Complex. - Lastly. We have 3 different F&P appliances. One of them required a simple part to be replaced that was under warranty. When it arrives, It will have taken nearly 10 weeks from submitting a warranty claim to receiving the part. That is absolutely dismal. It's incredibly disappointing that a brand that promotes itself as an elevated product and has near-luxury price points would not have the Customer Experience or Service Plans to match. Truly frustrating and makes us question our purchases.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Easy to store items and clean I love the interior. It’s so easy to clean with the removable drawers. There’s much more usable space without the ice maker feature inside the upper level of the fridge. Freezer is a little on the small side but it’s workable for 2 people.
