Does a guest need to make an appointment?
Walk-in visitors are welcome during operating hours. There is an opportunity to book an appointment for an appliance consultation or a product demonstration however – through the website or an Experience Center staff member.
What can I expect when I visit the Experience Center?
You are welcome to explore the showroom on your own or with the assistance of a product specialist. We have a variety of tools you can use to learn more about the products including touch-screen monitors and iPads loaded with product information.
Do you have live equipment?
We have a live kitchen and a showroom in which we host cooking demonstrations led by an executive chef. The equipment in the live kitchen includes: gas and induction cooktops and ranges, convection wallovens, integrated refrigerators and DishDrawer™ Dishwashers.
Do you sell out of the showroom?
We do not sell appliances out of the showroom. If you are interested in purchasing, we can provide you a list of local retailers if you need a referral.
Besides the appliances, what other features does the showroom offer?
The Experience Center has a wide array of tools to help you design a kitchen – from touch screen panels that showcase life size appliances, model specifications, etc. to building blocks that you can use to help you visualize appliances in your kitchen space. Throughout the space you are welcome to open up your drawings and work on your plans.

Below is a complete list of appliances that are installed in the Experience Center, with an indication of which models can be seen fully operational or in demonstration mode.
Self-parking is available, and complimentary with validation.
If parking your own car, the Park Tower Parking Structure is across the street at 660 Town Center Drive. Please bring your ticket with you for validation.
