You can provide a copy of your proof of purchase and legal documentation by either scanning or taking a photo of your proof of purchase and uploading with your claim form.
You must retain your original proof of purchase. Failure to produce the original proof of purchase when requested may, in the absolute discretion of the Promoter, result in the invalidation of your claim and forfeiture of any right to claim this promotional offer or limited manufacturer's warranty offer.
If your claim is approved, you will receive an approval email to the email address provided with the registration details. The approval email will include instructions for claiming the Rebate using a Prepaid Mastercard®. Claims must be submitted and completed within 3 months from the date of receipt of the approval email.
Prepaid Mastercard® cards are subject to expiration after 6 months, commencing from the date initial instructions are sent via email. Please take care to use the card before its expiration date, as expired cards will not be reissued or replaced. The Claimant agrees that if they receive the rebate but then return the Qualifying Product(s) under any retailer returns policy, they will also return the rebate amount to the Promoter.

Purchases of Qualifying Products are to be paid in full from the same retailer in the same transaction prior to registering your claim for this promotion. Layby's will not be accepted unless paid in full within the Promotional Period.
If a Qualifying Product is on backorder ('out of stock') that product must be paid for in full during the Promotional Period to be eligible for this offer. Full payment and receipt of the product(s) (and therefore access to the product serial number) must occur before the Claims Closing Date in order to lodge an online claim for this promotional offer.
