Information on the promotion forms part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. This offer is not valid in conjunction with any other offer, unless otherwise advised.

WHO CAN CLAIM?

This promotion is only open to individuals who are legal residents of, and live within, the 50 United States of America or D.C. who are at least 21 years old at the time of purchase. Employees (and their immediate families and friends) of the Promoter, participating retailers and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible. This promotion does not apply to any Quoted Builder/Commercial Contracted quotes or sales of any trade seconds or refurbished products. Floor products or open box products do not qualify. Free products as part of other promotional packages do not qualify. This promotion shall be limited to one claim per household, except where prohibited by law.

PROMOTIONAL PERIOD

The promotion commences at 12:01am (PST) on June 8th, 2026, and closes at 11:59pm (PST) on September 7th, 2026 (Promotional Period).

PROMOTIONAL OFFER

During the Promotional Period, and from a participating retailer authorized by Fisher & Paykel, in a single transaction:

Purchase either a:

1. 32” Freestanding French Door Refrigerator; or
2. 32” Freestanding Bottom Mount Refrigerator

as set out below (Qualifying Products) and receive a $500 Instant Rebate.

The relevant instant rebate will be applied as a discount off the relevant invoice for the Qualifying Products at the time of payment.

The instant rebate is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.

This offer cannot be combined with any other Fisher & Paykel or DCS promotion.

QUALIFYING PRODUCTS

Purchases of Qualifying Products are to be paid in full with the same retailer in the same transaction prior to registering your claim for this promotion. Laybys will not be accepted unless paid in full within the Promotional Period.

If a Qualifying Product is back-order (“out of stock”) that product must be paid for in full during the Promotional Period to be eligible for this offer.

GENERAL

The offer is not applicable to trade commercial or wholesale suppliers, this includes but is not limited to purchases made from suppliers that do not generally sell direct to the public.

This promotion applies to purchases of A grade products only and does not apply to purchases of trade seconds, refurbished products, floor products or open box products.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Promoter reserves the right to vary these Terms and Conditions without notice, to modify, reschedule or terminate the promotion or to modify or extend the closing date and criteria of the promotion at its discretion.

The Promoter's decision on all matters pertaining to this promotion is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into, except as otherwise stated in these Terms and Conditions.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE PROMOTER AND ITS AFFILIATES (INCLUDING THEIR OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES AND AGENTS) WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE WHETHER DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL, AND INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF OPPORTUNITY, LOSS OF PROFITS OR LOSS OF PROPERTY, PERSONAL INJURY, OR DEATH ARISING IN CONNECTION WITH THE PROMOTION INCLUDING ARISING IN CONNECTION WITH: (A) ANY TECHNICAL DIFFICULTIES OR EQUIPMENT MALFUNCTION (WHETHER OR NOT UNDER THE PROMOTER'S CONTROL; (B) ANY THEFT, UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS OR THIRD PARTY INTERFERENCE; (C) ANY CLAIM OR OFFER THAT IS LATE, LOST, ALTERED, DAMAGED OR MISDIRECTED WHETHER OR NOT AFTER THEIR RECEIPT BY THE PROMOTER) DUE TO ANY REASON BEYOND THE REASONABLE CONTROL OF THE PROMOTER; (D) ANY TAX LIABILITY INCURRED BY A CLAIMANT; OR (E) PARTICIPATION IN THE PROMOTION OR USE OF A GIFT EXCEPT WHERE IT IS CAUSED BY THE PROMOTER’S OR ITS RESPECTIVE AFFILIATES NEGLIGENCE, WILFUL MISCONDUCT OR FRAUD. YOU ACCEPT THE INSTANT REBATE ENTIRELY AT YOUR OWN RISK AND INDEMNIFY THE PROMOTER IN RESPECT OF ANY CLAIM FOR ACCIDENT, INJURY OR PROPERTY DAMAGE THAT MAY OCCUR IN CONNECTION WITH THE INSTANT REBATE.

If for any reason, any aspect of this promotion is not capable of running as planned including, but not limited to, by reason of tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failure or any cause beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the Promoter may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion, or invalidate any affected entries.

Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.

If any provision or part-provision of these terms and conditions is held to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, it shall be deemed deleted, but that will not affect the validity, legality and enforceability of the remaining provisions of these terms and conditions.

This promotion and these Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the state of California.
