Terms and Conditions

Information on the promotion forms part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. This offer is not valid in conjunction with any other offer, unless otherwise advised.

Who Can Claim

This promotion is only open to individuals who are legal residents of, and live within, the 50 United States of America or D.C. who are at least 21 years old at the time of purchase. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, participating retailers, Professional Trade Partners, and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible. This promotion does not apply to any Quoted Builder/Commercial Contracted quotes or wholesale suppliers or sales of any trade seconds or refurbished products. Floor products or open box products do not qualify. Free products as part of other promotional packages do not qualify. This promotion shall be limited to one claim per household, except where prohibited by law.

Promotional Period

The promotion commences at 12:01am (PST) on August 1, 2026 and closes at 11:59pm (PST) on December 31, 2026 (‘Promotional Period’). Claims must be received by the Promoter by 11:59pm (PST) on March 31, 2027 (‘Claims Closing Date’). Any claims received after this date will be ineligible.

Promotional Offer

You are eligible to participate in this promotion if you:

1. purchase any Qualifying Product (as set out below) from a participating retailer;

or

2. purchase any Qualifying Product (as set out below) from an authorized Fisher & Paykel Professional Trade Partner (commercial) supplier;

during the Promotional Period and register your claim online before the Claims Closing Date to be eligible to claim an extension of your two-year limited Manufacturer's Warranty (described below) by an additional three years on the same terms and conditions.

Manufacturer’s Warranty: Each new Fisher & Paykel appliance comes with a standard two-year limited Manufacturer's Warranty on parts and labor from the date of purchase. The full limited Manufacturer's Warranty terms and conditions can be found here.

The additional three year extension limited Manufacturer’s Warranty is not exchangeable or transferrable for cash.

This promotional offer is not available to customers who choose to delay delivery of their Qualifying Products beyond the Claims Closing Date as the provision of serial numbers is mandatory for entry into this promotion.

This offer is non-transferable. For Qualifying Products purchased from a participating retailer, the offer is available only to the original purchaser.

Qualifying Products

This promotional offer is available on the following ‘Qualifying Products’:

• all Fisher & Paykel Professional Style Ranges.

Purchases of Qualifying Products are to be paid in full (with the same participating retailer or authorized Professional Trade Partner (commercial) supplier in the same transaction as the case may be) prior to registering your claim for this promotion. Laybys will not be accepted unless paid in full within the Promotional Period.

If a Qualifying Product is on backorder (‘out of stock’) that product must be paid for in full during the Promotional Period to be eligible for this offer. Full payment and receipt of the product(s) (and therefore access to the product serial number) must occur before the Claims Closing Date in order to lodge an online claim for this promotional offer.

How to Claim

You must register for your products online by the Claims Closing Date. Claimants must agree to these full Terms and Conditions on the online registration form and supply the information marked as mandatory.

When registering your claim you must supply the following information:

1. Contact details – name (which must match the customer name on the proof of purchase (if applicable), address, email address and daytime contact phone number. The Promoter accepts NO responsibility for a claimant submitting incorrect details.
2. Serial number(s) and Product Code number(s) (5 digit code) of your Qualifying Product(s). These can be found on your product and/or product carton. Please ensure that these are obtained before installing the product(s). How to locate your serial number and product code number (5 digit code).
3. Either: (i) a copy of your proof of purchase – a receipt/tax invoice indicating the customer name, date of purchase, store (including address) invoice number, details of Qualifying Products including model number, the price paid (excluding any additional charges e.g. warranty costs) and total invoice amount; or (ii) a certificate of occupancy, for claimants that have purchased a Qualifying Product through an authorized Professional Trade Partner.

You can provide a copy of your proof of purchase or certificate of occupancy (if applicable) by either scanning or taking a photo of your proof of purchase or certificate of occupancy (if applicable) and uploading with your claim form.

1. Scanning – scan proof of purchase or certificate of occupancy (if applicable) and save as a PDF
2. Photo – take a photo of your proof of purchase or certificate of occupancy (if applicable) from your smartphone, make sure it is in focus and legible

Please ensure you retain your original proof of purchase or certificate of occupancy (if applicable). Failure to produce the proof of purchase or certificate of occupancy (if applicable) when requested may, in the absolute discretion of the Promoter, result in the invalidation of a claimant's claim and forfeiture of any right to a limited manufacturer's warranty offer.

If your claim is approved, you will receive an approval email.

If you do not receive an approval email within 30 days of your claim, please contact the Promoter at USA.Promotions@fisherpaykel.com or phone 1.888.936.7872 and provide your full name, contact number and unique code (found in your approval email).
