Rated 1 out of 5 by from Ice accumulation in the back of the freezer and cr The plastic in my refrigerator cracked! It is a substantial crack. Nothing fell on it or there was no accident just one day it cracked. Also the freezer build up ice at the back of the drawer and this prevents the freezer drawer from closing properly. Removing the ice from the back of the freezer is a pain. There is no way to turn off the fridge in order to remove the ice. There is no off button. It always stays on. I have had to remove the ice built up from the back of the drawer several times and it’s a big ordeal. This fridge was a great price for a built in look but it has all these issues right after 5 years. The company technician was not helpful either.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Built-in Look w/o the High $$• ice Maker Inadequate The refrigerator is beautiful - our cabinet company made panels for the doors. I like that it looks like a seamless built-in refrigerator, but without the high price tag. It doesn't quite have the capacity for a family of 4, but we expected that a 36" counter-depth fridge wouldn't. It operates well, and is very quiet. We have 2 significant issues, however. [1] The highly-touted shelves trapped fish sauce that spilled from a container. There was no way to clean up the trapped fishy sauce. The fridge soon smelled foul, so I had to completely remove 2 shelves. Customer Service shipped me 2 replacement shelves. Also, the writing & illustrations on shelves which enclose the produce bins wore off within a few months. [2] The ice maker makes very small pieces of ice, @ the awful rate of 8 pieces every 3-4 hours (per the User Guide). At that rate, if I'm going to have dinner & beverages for 8 people, I must start making ice 2-3 days in advance. My other fridge is a 15 year-old Kitchen Aid, which makes standard-size ice cubes at a significantly faster rate. Within the 1st year, the ice maker was temperamental & only made ice sporadically. Looks like I'll hav to invest in a countertop ice maker. If the ice maker were significantly improved, I would recommend this fridge to friends.

We’re a family of 4 and we find it has plenty of space for all our food. It’s also VERY quiet! Having the panels installed was a little bit of a pain but once we got someone out here who knew what they were doing, it worked out. It’s such a beautiful elegant touch to our kitchen!

I rated it as a 4 star because the freezer is very small with limited capacity, however, this is fine for my purposes. The ice capacity is also minimal. The refrigerator is very spacious and the double doors, make it so easy to access. The temperature in the drawers is able to be regulated. I have been very happy with the refrigerator so far.
