Since 2011 we've been working with designers and architects to create a collection of beautiful kitchen collaborations. From an apartment kitchen designed around a modest footprint to a distributed kitchen situated in an impressive coastal home and a seamlessly integrated kitchen in an urban neighborhood. Explore our projects from around the globe to inspire you on the journey of creating your dream kitchen.
The Distributed Kitchen
Designed by Paul Clarke of Auckland-based Studio2 Architects, this two-level beach house on the Coromandel Peninsula aesthetically reflects its coastal environment. It subtly builds on the experience of being on the seashore with a series of indoor and outdoor spaces that flow into each other and can be used in different ways.
The Apartment Kitchen
The crisp tonal palette of this kitchen is a signature of interior designer Carole Whiting, who co-ordinated the design with the monochromatic scheme of the wider renovation project - her own warehouse conversion, located in close proximity to the South Melbourne CBD.
The Integrated Kitchen
John Irving, the architect behind this dramatic villa conversion, describes it as "a house with two halves". The traditional Victorian home is located on a street of well-preserved turn-of-the-century architecture. At the end of the villa's hallway, there is now a set of steps descending to the modern pavilion containing the living area and kitchen.
The Changing Nature of the Kitchen
The kitchen of today not only has to look good, it also has to fit into our increasingly busy lives. We make sure everything we design fits seamlessly into the kitchen, is intuitive to use and is easy to clean and maintain.
