Terms and Conditions

Fisher & Paykel Appliances is offering a five-year limited manufacturer's warranty with the purchase of Qualifying DishDrawer™ Dishwashers and Drop Door Dishwashers. Information on the promotion forms part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed as acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. This promotion is not valid in conjunction with any other offer/promotion, unless otherwise stated.

Who can claim?

This promotion is only open to individuals who are legal residents of and live within Canada and who are at least 19 years old as at the time of purchase.

The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant's identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Promotion Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry process. Errors and/or omissions may be accepted at the Promoter's discretion. Identification considered suitable for verification is at the Promoter's discretion. Incomplete or indecipherable entries will be deemed invalid.

Promotional Period

The promotion commences at 12:01am (EST) on September 15,  2025 and closes at 11.59pm (EST) on December 15,  2025 (Promotional Period) . Subject to the redemption extension period*.

Claims must be received online by the Promoter by 11.59pm (EST) on December 15,  2026 . (Claims closing date) . Any claims received after this date will be ineligible.

*Redemption extension period: If a Qualifying Product is on backorder ('out of stock') or delayed delivery, you will still be eligible to participate in this promotion, provided you pay a deposit within the Promotional Period, and the full price of the Qualifying Product is paid prior to December 15,  2026 .

Promotional Offer

Purchase a Qualifying Fisher & Paykel DishDrawer™ Dishwasher or Drop Door Dishwasher in a single transaction from a participating retailer between September 15,  2025 and December 15,  2025, and submit your claim online to receive a five-year limited manufacturer's warranty.

How to Claim

Each new Fisher & Paykel appliance comes with a two-year manufacturer's warranty from the date of purchase. Purchase any qualifying appliance as set out below (Qualifying Products) from a participating retailer during the Promotional Period and register your product online for the promotion no later than December 15,  2026 to extend your two year manufacturer's warranty by an additional three years on the same terms and conditions. You'll need a copy of your proof of purchase, product codes AND serial numbers. These can be found on your product and/or product carton. Please ensure that these are obtained before installing the product(s) You must take delivery of your products and submit your claim online by December 15,  2026.

You must register for your claim online. Claimants must agree to these full terms and conditions on the online registration form and supply the information marked as mandatory, including providing proof of purchase.

When registering your claim you must supply the following information:

1. Contact details - name (which must match the customer name on the proof of purchase), address, and daytime contact phone number. The promoter accepts NO responsibility for a claimant submitting incorrect details.
2. Product code(s) and serial number(s) of your qualifying product(s)
3. Copy of your proof of purchase - a receipt/tax invoice indicating date of purchase, store (including address) invoice number, details of qualifying products including model number, the price paid (excluding any additional charges eg warranty costs) and total invoice amount.

The following products are not eligible for this promotion:

• any Fisher & Paykel Canada Quoted Builder/Commercial Contracted quotes or sales;
• Trade seconds or refurbished products;
• floor products or open box products;
• products that are free or discounted as part of other promotional packages or;
• Trade commercial or wholesale suppliers, which including purchases made from suppliers that do not generally sell to the public.

The additional three-year limited manufacturers warranty is not exchangeable or transferable for cash and is only for the qualifying products listed above and may not be transferred to any other Fisher & Paykel appliance.

General

The Promoter accepts no responsibility for lost, delayed, misdirected or illegible registration forms. Incomplete, illegible or indecipherable registration forms will be deemed invalid. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of registrations and registrants (including a registrant's identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any person who submits a registration form that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the registration process. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.

The Promoter may, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law, disqualify any registrant or modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion. The decision of the Promoter is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

Failure of the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights. The Promotion is not valid in conjunction with any other offer, unless otherwise advised.

Any cost associated with accessing the promotional website is the registrant's responsibility and is dependent on the Internet service provider used.

The Promoter collects personal information in order to conduct the Promotion and may, for this purpose, disclose such information to third parties, including, but not limited to, suppliers, or use such information to contact the registrant in relation to this promotion. Receipt of the additional warranty term is conditional on providing this information. In addition, if the registrant checks the relevant box, the Promoter may use the registrant's personal information for the purposes specified at the time of collection. Registrants should direct any request to access, update or correct information to the Promoter. All claims become the property of the Promoter. These Promotion Terms and Conditions are deemed to incorporate the Promoter's privacy policy and, by entering the Promotion, entrants accept the terms and conditions of the Promoter's Privacy Policy. Law

The Promotion is void where prohibited by law and is subject to all applicable Canadian federal, provincial, and territorial laws. This Promotion shall be governed exclusively by the laws of the province of Ontario, including all issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Promotion Terms and Conditions, rights and obligations between entrants and the Promoter, and procedural provisions, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules. Any dispute shall be adjudicated by the courts sitting in Toronto, Ontario.

Rule Amendments

The Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to amend or modify these Promotion Terms and Conditions, or modify, cancel, suspend or reschedule this Promotion, without prior notice for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation in the event that any cause beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter corrupts, or threatens to corrupt, the security or proper administration of the Promotion.

Social Media

The Promoter (or its associated or affiliated companies or third parties who have licensed its brands to the Promoter or contributed to the application) (Content Owner) own or license from third parties all application content. All application content remains the sole property of the applicable Content Owner and is protected under all relevant copyright, trade mark and other applicable laws. Nothing on the application should be construed as granting any license or rights to use or distribute any application content, without the Promoter's express written agreement or of the other applicable Content Owner.

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram or Meta. Entrants understand that they are providing their information to the Promoter and/or agencies acting on its behalf and not to Facebook, Instagram or Meta.

Limitation of Liability

By entering the Promotion, entrants agree that in no event will the Promoter or Facebook, Instagram or Meta, and their respective affiliates and their respective members, shareholders, directors, officers, employees, agents, representatives, successors, subcontractors, insurers and assigns, (collectively, the Released Parties) be responsible or liable for, and entrants hereby release such Released Parties from any and all claims, actions, damages, losses, costs, expenses or liability of any kind (including, but not limited to, property damage, personal injuries and/or death, direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages, and counsel fees and court costs) arising or resulting from anything relating to or including, but not limited to:

• the production, administration or execution of the Promotion (or the entrants’ participation in the Promotion);
• use of or problems with any function of any website related to the Promotion or materials on any website howsoever caused;
• any lost, stolen, delayed, not received, destroyed, damaged, misdirected, illegible, incomplete, fraudulent or late entries, requests or other information, and all such entries will be void and not eligible;
• any failure, interruption, or delay to receive entries for any reason (including by mail or email or other communication) or technical failures or errors of any kind;
• any functionality lost due to not having cookies enabled or traffic congestion on the Internet;
• selection, announcement, acceptance, possession, use, misuse, or non-use of any prize winner or any prize awarded;
• any injury or damage to an entrant’s or to any other person’s computer system(s) due to viruses or breaches of privacy from interference by third-party computers (or “hackers”), including the security or privacy of information transmitted via computer networks;
• the malfunction of, or damage caused to, any telephone network or lines, computer equipment, data or software, online systems, servers or access providers;
• any unauthorized access, tampering, hacking, theft, destruction, computer viruses, time bombs, logic bombs and any other devices of a like or similar nature that may arise or occur in connection with the Promotion;
• any variation in prize value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions;
• any tax liability incurred by a winner or entrant;
• participation in the Promotion or use of a prize; and
• any other technical or human error in the receipt or processing of entries, or other submissions (whether to or from) or otherwise related to the production, administration or execution of the Promotion.

The Released Parties are not responsible or liable for commencing, continuing or completing a draw or awarding prizes, including and without limitation in the following circumstances: (i) a regulatory body with authority over the Promotion, or over any of the Released Parties, has reservations of a regulatory nature about any element of the Promotion, or in any of the Released Parties offering or operating the Promotion; (ii) if doing so will result in the Promotion not being administered as intended by the Promotion Terms and Conditions; or (iii) if doing so may adversely affect the fairness, integrity or reputation of the Promotion or the integrity or reputation of any of the Released Parties, all in the Promoter’s absolute and unfettered discretion.

Entrants agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties from and against any and all actions, suits, proceedings, claims, demands, losses, costs and expenses, including legal costs and fees, arising from or related to any entry in the Promotion and/or any breach of any of the Promotion Terms and Conditions.

Intellectual Property

All intellectual property, including but not limited to trademarks, logos, designs, promotional materials, web pages, source codes, images, drawings, illustrations, slogans and representations are owned by the Promoter. All rights reserved. Unauthorized copying or use of any of the Promoter's intellectual property without the express written consent of the Promoter is strictly prohibited.
