FISHER & PAYKEL ANNOUNCES STATE OF THE ART COLLECTION FOR EUROCUCINA 2026

6 March 2026

During EuroCucina at Salone del Mobile, Fisher & Paykel, the luxury appliance company from Aotearoa New Zealand, will unveil its State of the Art Collection for the first time – presenting its most comprehensive and considered suite of flagship appliances to date.

Introduced through Nature – Ritual, the brand’s Milan Design Week 2026 exhibition, the collection brings together next-generation Series 11 appliances across cooking, cooling, wine care, dishwashing and fabric care. Shown collectively, they articulate a unified approach to design, engineering and life-centred performance – demonstrating how appliances can be composed into refined, architectural solutions.

The State of the Art Collection reflects more than 90 years of performance innovation and design thinking, with many appliances recognised with Red Dot Awards or developed as evolutions of award-winning platforms, reinforcing the Fisher & Paykel’s commitment to enduring design and engineering excellence.

While each appliance represents the pinnacle of performance within its category, they are presented together to demonstrate how intelligent, aesthetically cohesive appliances can be composed into solutions that elevate everyday life.

Daniel Witten-Hannah, Chief Executive Officer of Fisher & Paykel, says the collection reflects the brand’s long-held belief that design and performance must work together to enrich domestic experience.

“When appliances fit seamlessly into life and are effortless to use, they transform everyday routines into rituals. The State of the Art Collection is the physical expression of this belief – products engineered for life, designed to integrate into the home and support how people would ideally live, cook, socialise and care for what matters most.”

In Milan, the collection will highlight the evolution of Fisher & Paykel’s Minimal Style and fully integrated appliances, supporting architects and designers seeking to create calm, material-led spaces defined by precision, restraint and longevity. It will be experienced within a serene Antipodean oasis that expresses the brand’s purpose of creating moments of delight in the heart of the home.

The exhibition’s sculptural forms and elemental materials draw inspiration from the landscapes of Aotearoa New Zealand, while the sensory experiences and commitment to generosity and hospitality continue the tradition of Fisher & Paykel’s Social Kitchen philosophy.

While the Milan presentation focuses on the evolution of Minimal Style, Fisher & Paykel’s Contemporary and Professional style families have also evolved – giving architects and specifiers greater freedom to align appliance selection with architectural context, materiality and client preference.

Cooking

Premiering at EuroCucina is Fisher & Paykel’s next-generation 30-inch oven platform, defined by a refined Minimal Style expression and conceived to sit flush with cabinetry, with gaps as small as 2mm supported between appliance and joinery to create uninterrupted kitchen surfaces. Available in black or grey glass, the oven advances the brand’s commitment to calm, material-led kitchen design, with voice activation enabling frictionless, human-centred interaction.

Shown alongside it in Milan is the 60cm Minimal Style oven – a 2025 Red Dot “Best of the Best” winner – which shares the same design language and finishes, allowing architects and designers to compose bespoke, multi-oven and matching companion appliance cooking zones.

Fisher & Paykel’s modular induction cooktop solutions – a 2025 Red Dot Award winner – embody its commitment to design freedom. Flush-fitting modules, intelligently networked through a single interface, can be configured to suit individual cooking styles and spatial layouts. Integrated downdraft ventilation removes vapour at source, and teppan modules introduce a sense of theatre to home cooking.

Food Care

In Milan, Fisher & Paykel’s State of the Art Collection is anchored by its Red Dot Award-winning Column platform, including Series 11 Integrated Column Refrigerators and Wine Cabinets.

All Column appliances offer a rich set of bespoke architectural integration opportunities that allow appliances to disappear or be expressed as a deliberate material moment. Support for heavier or custom surface materials, precise control of reveals and gap alignment, hinge configurations, and adjustable toe-kick heights give designers fine control over shadow lines, tolerances and visual rhythm across multiple appliances and surrounding kitchen elements.

Performance is embedded discreetly, with Variable Temperature Zone technology – also a feature of the State of the Art Collection integrated CoolDrawer™ – enabling food storage climates to be optimised to daily life, preserving freshness, texture and nutrients for longer.

Wine Care

State of the Art wine care extends the modular approach to cellaring and serving. Integrated Column Wine Cabinets recede seamlessly into cabinetry, supporting architectural wine walls and cellars where spatial clarity and material continuity remain uninterrupted. Intelligent control, considered lighting scenarios and smooth-running shelves with oak detailing complete the experience.

Fabric Care

The collection reframes fabric care as both an act of garment preservation and architectural opportunity.

A Milan debut, the Minimal Style Fabric Care Cabinet represents the evolution of the 2025 Red Dot Award-winning Fabric Care suite of products, with matching Minimal Style front loader washers and heat-pump dryers all finished with full-frame grey-glass doors. The evolution of the Minimal Style into fabric care brings new opportunities for architectural refinement to laundries, wardrobes and transitional spaces.

Dishwashing

The DishDrawer™ Dishwasher – Fisher & Paykel’s icon of design freedom – continues to set the benchmark for architectural integration, supporting continuous surfaces and bespoke installations across kitchens, sculleries, wine areas and adjacent living or media room spaces through a control-free front and precise 2mm transitions.

Another Milan debut is Fisher & Paykel’s highly efficient integrated drop-door heat-pump dishwasher, which brings a more considered approach to one of the kitchen’s most frequent daily routines. Fully concealed within cabinetry, the appliance recovers and reuses energy during the wash and dry process, reducing energy consumption by up to 50 percent compared with similar non-heat pump models, without compromising cleaning or drying performance.
