Information on how to enter the Wine Cabinet Giveaway Promotion forms a part of these Terms and Conditions. When you sign up to receive trade communication emails from Fisher & Paykel Appliances via the promotion online entry form, this is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. This offer is not valid in conjunction with any other offer, unless otherwise advised.

Who Can Enter

This promotion is only open to New Zealand residents over 18 years of age, who are a builder, architect, specifier, designer, manufacturer or draftsperson. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister or 1st cousin.

Promotional Period

The promotion commences at 09:00am (NZST) on 27 September 2021 and closes at 11.59pm (NZST) on 31 December 2021 (Promotional Period). Entries must be received online by the Promoter by 11.59pm (NZST) on 31 December 2021 (Entry Closing Date). Any entries received after this date / time will be ineligible. The prize draw will take place on 24 January 2022 and the winner will be notified via email.

How to Enter

To enter, register here [THIS OFFER HAS ENDED] to receive communications from the Promoter and tick the box to enter the promotion. All valid entries received during the Promotional Period will be entered in the prize draw. Multiple entries are not permitted.

Prize Draw

The winner will be the first valid entry selected at random. Entrants are responsible for ensuring that complete and correct details are recorded on the entry form. This information will be used to contact the winner.

Any cost associated with submitting the entry form is the entrant's responsibility. If the winner cannot be contacted within 48 hours, the Promoter reserves the right to reallocate the prize to the next valid entry selected at random.

The Prize

There is one prize to be won. The prize is a 144 bottle wine cabinet, model RF356RDWX1 with a RRP of $5729.00.

The wine cabinet will be sent to the winners address. Any costs associated with the connection or installation of the wine cabinet are not included in the prize.

General

The Promoter (or its associated or affiliated companies or third parties who have licensed its brands to the Promoter or contributed to the application) (“Content Owner”) own or license from third parties all application content. All application content remains the sole property of the applicable Content Owner and is protected under all relevant copyright, trade mark and other applicable laws. If any prize, or any part of the prize, is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize, or that part of the prize, with a prize of equal or greater value.

Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.

The Promoter accepts no responsibility for lost, delayed, misdirected or illegible entries. Incomplete, illegible or indecipherable entry forms will be deemed invalid.

The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including a entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any person who submits a entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry process. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.

The Promoter may, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law, disqualify any entrant or modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion. The decision of the Promoter is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

Any cost associated with accessing the promotional website is the entrant’s responsibility and is dependent on the Internet service provider used.

Receipt of a prize is conditional on providing this information.
