Dodge Fisher & Paykel at all costs!
I bought this oven at considerable cost on 6 February, it has never worked and Fisher & Paykel's service team are pretty much non-existent. I really suggest you consider another brand if you want good after sales service. I'm still without a working oven and the 'technician' won't be coming out to even take a look until 29 April, after which time I imagine there will be more delays until he orders parts and eventually comes back out to install them into my brand new faulty product. I have never experienced such poor customer service. Should have kept the old Blanco oven, at least it still worked!

Beautiful Oven with Simplicity
Simple to use. Only issue I have is the clock doesn't keep time. It always seems to be an hour out not matter how often I change it.

Easy to use
I was hesitant to get full electronic controls but I love it. I haven't had to get the instructions out at all. It's so easy to use.

Oven cost $6,600 lasted 3 months - to Fisher and Paykels credit its being replaced at no cost but bitterly disappointed - hope this next oven lasts the distance

A disappointing start
I was so excited when my new oven was installed. But less than 3 weeks in, as I tried to preheat for the Sunday roast, fault f225 appeared.
Customer care was fabulous and in 36 hrs a service man arrived within the time frame given. Unfortunately it appears the communication between customer care and the service team was lacking and thus as the motherboard to the fan is my issue, and this part isn’t standard in the van. Surely it would not have been too hard to have it “just in case “ it was needed seeing as we had told them the fault number.
So a 2 week wait. I have a time for the repair and can only hope this is a small glitch in a long and fabulous oven ownership.

New oven
I finally got my kitchen Reno and love it. The F&P oven and cooktop are amazing to use and so easy to clean. I love the recipes in the oven display aswell
