Great dryer really recommend
Great dryer really happy with my purchase but the app is hard to navigate so I'm using it manually really don't need the app it needs improvement but the dryer is going great.

Great Machine
We have had the machine for two months replacing a made in Germany Bosch that died after 4 only years. Dries very well - can cope with sheets and towels without leaving damp patches. Drying time is typical for a heat pump machine. It has more cleanable condenser filters than the Bosch - which is a good thing!

Good but already had to get it repaired
Good product overall, does the job. We have had to get it repaired after approximately 3 months of use. Now using it non-plumbed (no steam function available) to prevent the leakage issue happening again. Would have gone with the cheaper option (no steam) if we knew this would happen.

So far so good
Been using our 9 series dryer for about a months. So far it’s been amazing and dries all our cloths, sheets, towels etc effectively. Very happy with our unit so far.
