Sign up to Fisher & Paykel Appliance’s newsletter to enter the draw for an exclusive Mastery of Temperature dining experience at Fisher & Paykel’s Auckland Experience Centre. Three winners will be selected from each draw for the winner and their plus-ones to indulge in a five-course meal, crafted right in front of you by chefs using quality New Zealand ingredients. This unique culinary journey will take place in The Social Kitchen at the Experience Centre, a bespoke space that beautifully encapsulates Fisher & Paykel's ‘Designed in Aotearoa New Zealand’ philosophy.
This promotion is only open to New Zealand residents 18 years of age and over. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, participating retailers and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter. One entry per email. An email cannot be unsubscribed and re-entered into a subsequent draw.
The promotion commences at and closes at (Promotional Period). Entries received after this date will be ineligible. There will be three (3) prize draws which will take place as follows:

The winners will be the first three (3) valid entries drawn at random on the draw date. Winners will be contacted within 48 hours of the draw date. If a winner cannot be contacted within 48 hours the Promoter reserves the right to reallocate the prize to the next valid entry drawn at random.
The prize will be hosted at Fisher & Paykel’s Auckland Experience Centre. Travel to, and accommodation in, Auckland is not included. Each winner can bring one person who is 18 years and older to accompany them. The Promoter can request proof of age at any time.
The culinary experience will be hosted for all three winners for each draw on one night within 12 months of the applicable draw date. The Promoter will contact the winners to advise the date of the culinary experience, at least six weeks before the event date. If a winner is unable to attend the culinary experience on the confirmed date, they will forfeit the prize.

Entrants are responsible for ensuring that complete and correct details are recorded on the form.
Winners will be notified by the Promoter contacting them through email. The Promoter may also announce the winners on the Fisher & Paykel Appliances Facebook and/or Instagram page.
The Promoter (or its associated or affiliated companies or third parties who have licensed its brands to the Promoter or contributed to the application) (“Content Owner”) own or license from third parties all application content. All application content remains the sole property of the applicable Content Owner and is protected under all relevant copyright, trademark and other applicable laws. Nothing on the application should be construed as granting any license or rights to use or distribute any application content, without the Promoter’s express written agreement or of the other applicable Content Owner.

Winners take the prize at entirely their own risk.
The Promoter will not be liable if a winner is unable to claim the prize or is unable to attend the event.
The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant's identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any person who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry process.
The Promoter’s decision is final on all matters related to this promotion and no correspondence will be entered into.
Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for lost, delayed, misdirected or illegible entries. Incomplete, illegible or indecipherable entry forms will be deemed invalid.
No part of the prize is transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant; or to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion.
EXCEPT FOR ANY LIABILITY THAT CANNOT BE EXCLUDED BY LAW, THE PROMOTER AND ITS RESPECTIVE BODIES CORPORATE (INCLUDING THEIR OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES AND AGENTS) AND FACEBOOK EXCLUDE ALL LIABILITY WHETHER ARISING IN TORT (INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION NEGLIGENCE), CONTRACT OR OTHERWISE FOR ANY PERSONAL INJURY; OR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF OPPORTUNITY, LOSS OF PROFITS OR LOSS OF PROPERTY); WHETHER DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL, ARISING IN ANY WAY OUT OF THE PROMOTION, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, WHERE ARISING OUT OF THE FOLLOWING: (A) ANY TECHNICAL DIFFICULTIES OR EQUIPMENT MALFUNCTION (WHETHER OR NOT UNDER THE PROMOTER'S CONTROL); (B) ANY THEFT, UNAUTHORISED ACCESS OR THIRD PARTY INTERFERENCE; (C) ANY ENTRY OR OFFER THAT IS LATE, LOST, ALTERED, DAMAGED OR MISDIRECTED (WHETHER OR NOT AFTER THEIR RECEIPT BY THE PROMOTER) DUE TO ANY REASON BEYOND THE REASONABLE CONTROL OF THE PROMOTER; (D) ANY VARIATION IN GIFT VALUE; (E) ANY TAX LIABILITY INCURRED BY AN ENTRANT; OR (F) PARTICIPATION IN THE PROMOTION OR USE OF A GIFT.
By entering the promotion, the winner consents to take part in any publicity accompanying or resulting from this promotion, and for his/her name and image to be used for publicity purposes by the Promoter in printed and/or online formats anywhere in the world without the need for further approval or compensation and for an unlimited period of time.
The Promoter collects personal information in order to conduct the Promotion and may, for this purpose, disclose such information to third parties, including, but not limited to, suppliers, or use such information to contact the entrant in relation to this promotion. In addition, if the entrant checks the relevant box, the Promoter may use the entrant’s personal information for the purposes specified at the time of collection. Entrants should direct any request to access, update or correct information to the Promoter. All entries become the property of the Promoter.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by New Zealand law.
