What is the promotional offer?
Spend $12,000 or more on at least two qualifying Fisher & Paykel Kitchen appliances, including one Oven or Freestanding Cooker, in a single transaction from a participating retailer between 1 September 2022 and 31 December 2022 and be eligible to claim 15% cashback of the total purchase price paid (excluding any additional charges e.g. installation, delivery or warranty costs).
When and where is the promotion running?
The promotion runs from 1 September 2022 to 31 December 2022 at participating retailers. Participating retailers are classed as any Australian retail outlet authorised by the Promoter to sell Fisher & Paykel kitchen appliances.

How do I claim my cashback?
To claim your cashback you must complete the online claim form. You must complete this form by 30 June 2023 (even if your Qualifying Product(s) is on backorder - refer to the question ) in order to be eligible.
How do I submit a copy of my proof of purchase?
When registering your claim, you must supply the following information:
- Contact details – name of claimant (which must match the customer name on the proof of purchase), address, daytime contact phone number, bank account details including BSB, Account Number and Account Name. The Promoter accepts NO responsibility for a Claimant submitting incorrect bank account details.
- Product code(s) and serial number(s) of your Qualifying Product(s). These can be found on your product and/or product carton. Please ensure that these are obtained before installing the product(s).
- Copy of your proof of purchase - a receipt/tax invoice indicating customer name, date of purchase, store name (including address), invoice number, details of Qualifying Product(s) including model number(s), the price paid (excluding any additional charges e.g. warranty costs) and total invoice amount.
You can provide us with your proof of purchase by either scanning or taking a photo of your proof of purchase and uploading with your claim form.
If the above proof of purchase requirements are not met, your claim will be declined and you will then be required to submit a new online registration form with the correct information.
Can I mail in my redemption form?
No. Redemption for this promotion is online only.
My Qualifying Product(s) is on backorder. Should I still enter?
Yes. If a Qualifying Product(s) is on backorder ('out of stock') a deposit on that product(s) must be paid during the Promotional Period (1 September 2022 – 31 December 2022) to be eligible for this offer. Full payment and receipt of the product(s) (and therefore access to the product and serial number(s)) must occur before the Claims Closing Date (30 June 2023) to lodge an online claim for this promotional offer.
Am I still eligible for this cashback if I choose to delay delivery beyond 30 June 2023?
No. Customers who choose to delay the delivery of their Qualifying Product(s) beyond 30 June 2023 will not be eligible to claim for this offer.
Will Qualifying Product(s) purchased from commercial (trade) or wholesale suppliers be accepted?
No, purchases made from commercial or wholesale suppliers are not eligible for this promotion.
I have a Qualifying Product(s) under a rental agreement. Am I still eligible to enter?
Yes. Qualifying Product(s) under rental agreements with a minimum period of no less than 18 months are eligible for this promotion. To qualify, a rental agreement must be established during the promotional period. Proof of rental agreement must be submitted with your online entry to this promotion and must clearly detail the Qualifying Product(s) purchased, date of establishment of rental agreement, and the rental term. Product(s) under rental plans with rental terms less than 18 months are ineligible to claim for this promotion.
How will I receive my cashback?
If your claim is approved, you will receive an approval email. Your cashback will be paid to the bank details nominated on your online registration form. Please take care to provide the correct bank details, if your payment fails, your claim will be declined, and you will then be required to submit a new online registration.
What happens if I supply the wrong bank account details?
If you supply the incorrect bank account details, please contact us at advise AUS.Promotions@fisherpaykel.com. If your payment fails, we will decline your claim and you will then be required to submit a new online registration form with the correct bank account details.
It has been 45 days since I submitted my claim and I have not received the cashback. What should I do?
If your claim is approved, you will receive a confirmation email from Fisher & Paykel advising of receipt of your claim. If you have not received your cashback within 45 days, please contact the Fisher & Paykel promotions team at AUS.Promotions@fisherpaykel.com and ensure you include your full name, contact number and unique code (found in your approval email).
