How much will I save?

Purchase any combination of Fisher & Paykel appliances (excludes accessories, delivery, installation, warranty costs or any other associated items or costs) (each a Qualifying Product), online from www.fisherpaykel.co.uk or in-store from participating Fisher & Paykel retailers in a single transaction between GMT 30 April 2019 at 00.01am and closes GMT 10 December 2019 at 11.59pm (Promotional Period) and be eligible to save or get up to £1000 cash back. 

The level of savings depends on the level of spend in the relevant transaction.  The relevant spend levels and savings are as set out below.

Each of the spend levels needs to be achieved to get the next level of saving e.g. a total basket value of £3,999 (inclusive of VAT will only achieve the £300 saving).

In-store from a participating retailer

Cash back will be paid to you following the purchase of your appliances in-store from participating Fisher & Paykel retailers. Once the product has been delivered you can register for your claim online. Terms & Conditions apply

The cash back is paid in terms of a Fisher & Paykel Prepaid Mastercard® via an email from notification@prepaiddigitalsolutions.com. Follow the instructions to choose between a physical or virtual card. A valid email address is required to receive payment.

Note: If you post in your cash back claim, you will receive a physical Fisher & Paykel Prepaid Mastercard® by post.

Where do I need to have purchased my appliance in order to get this saving?

In order to save or get up to £1000 cash back you need to have purchased one or more Fisher & Paykel Appliances online from Fisher & Paykel Appliances website www.fisherpaykel.co.uk or purchased in-store from participating Fisher & Paykel retailers.

Purchase needs to be made in one transaction. Purchase one or more Fisher & Paykel appliances (excludes accessories, delivery, installation, warranty or any other associated items or costs), from a Fisher & Paykel retailer during the Promotional Period and be eligible to receive the cash back payment relevant to your spend level.
 

What is the promotional period?

The promotion starts from GMT 00.01 am on the 30 April 2019 and will finish at GMT 23:59 pm on the 10 December 2019.
 

When is the last date I need to submit my claim in order to get my cash back?

For purchases made in-store from participating Fisher & Paykel retailers, your cash back claim will need to be submitted online by GMT 23:59 pm on 10 January 2020 (Claims End Date). Any claims received after this date will be ineligible.  For more information see the retail promotion details here.

How and when will I receive my cash back?

Once we have received and validated your cash back claim you will receive a Fisher & Paykel Prepaid Mastercard® within 30 days of the claim submission. You will receive an email from notification@prepaiddigitalsolutions.com with instructions on choosing a physical or virtual Fisher & Paykel Prepaid Mastercard®. If you select a virtual card, it will be available immediately. If you select a physical card, it will be sent by post.

Note: If you post in your cash back claim, you will receive a physical Fisher & Paykel Prepaid Mastercard® by post.

What do I need to do in order to receive my cash back?

For you to receive your cash back claim you need to complete an online form through www.fisherpaykelpromotions.co.uk

You will also need to scan in or photograph, and upload a copy of your proof of purchase.

Keep a note of your claim reference number which will be sent to you via email once you have registered your claim, in case you have any questions, or if you need to contact us

How do I submit a copy of my proof of purchase?

You can submit your proof of purchase one of two ways; you can scan and upload the purchase receipt/invoice, this can be done when completing the online claim form. Or you can take a photo and upload this image. 

The image needs to be clear and the information legible. It must show the product code, date and dealer name.

What do I need to do if I have not received my cash back?

If 30 days have passed since you have submitted your claim and you have not received an email from notification@prepaiddigitalsolutions.com to claim your Fisher & Paykel Prepaid Mastercard®, please check your spam/junk email folder.

If you don’t have the email, please email your query to fisherpaykelpromotions@360incentives.com. Please ensure that you include your full name, contact number and unique confirmation of claim code (found in your confirmation of claim email). Alternatively, you can call 0800 048 8927, please also ensure you have all the above details to hand.


What are the eligible models available in this cash back offer?

All current UK Fisher and Paykel appliances are included in this promotion (excluding accessories, delivery, installation, warranty costs or any other associated items or costs). This offer is not available to spare parts or accessories. Please visit www.fisherpaykel.co.uk or the participating retailers website.


Will products purchased from commercial (trade) or wholesale suppliers be accepted?

No, purchases made from a commercial or wholesale supplier are not eligible for this promotion.


My product is on backorder. Can I still save?

Yes. If you place an order online at www.fisherpaykel.co.uk on a qualifying appliance(s) during the promotional period and a product(s) is on backorder ('out of stock') your saving can still be applied.

If you purchased from a participating retailer - you must still register your claim by 10 January 2020. Your proof of purchase must indicate that you paid a deposit on the qualifying product during the promotional period (30 April 2019 - 10 December 2019) and made full payment by 10 January 2020, prior to submitting your claim.
