Terms and Conditions

For a limited time, Fisher & Paykel and DCS Appliances are offering an instant rebate of between 10% – 15% off the purchase of specified Qualifying Products. Information on the instant rebate forms part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed as acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. This promotion is not valid in conjunction with any other offer/promotion, unless otherwise stated.

Who Can Claim

This promotion is only open to individuals who are legal residents of and live within Canada and who are at least 19 years old at the time of purchase. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, participating retailers and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible. This promotion shall be limited to one entry per household, except where prohibited by law.

Promotional Period

The promotion commences 12.01am EST January 1 , 2026 and closes 11.59pm EST April 30 , 2026 (Promotional Period), subject to the Redemption Extension period.

Promotional Offer

During the Promotional Period, Fisher & Paykel and DCS Appliances are offering a «Buy More, Save More Event» that provides the following instant rebates off the purchase price of Qualifying Products at the time of purchase, where they are purchased in a single transaction from a single participating retailer:

• Buy 2 Qualifying Major Appliance Products*, get 10% off the total purchase price of the Qualifying Products. If you purchase any additional Qualifying Accessories* in the same transaction, you will also receive 10% off the price of those accessories

• Buy 3 or more Qualifying Major Appliance Products* and get 15% off the total purchase price of the Qualifying Products. If you purchase any additional Qualifying Accessories* in the same transaction, you will also receive 15% off the price of those accessories.

Participating retailers are any retailer in Canada authorized by the Promoter to sell Qualifying Products.

If a Qualifying Product is on backorder ('out of stock') or delayed delivery, a deposit must be paid within the Promotional Period, and the full price for the Qualifying Product must be paid prior to April 30, 2027, in order to be eligible for this offer (Redemption Extension).

Qualifying Products are to be paid for in full during the Promotional Period (subject to the Redemption Extension). Instant rebates will be applied at the point of sale and are not exchangeable or transferable for cash.

If a Qualifying Product(s) is/are returned under any returns policy the retailer may have, the rebate(s) may also be required to be returned.

This promotion does not apply to:

• any Fisher & Paykel or DCS Canada Quoted Builder/Commercial Contracted quotes or sales;
• trade seconds or refurbished Qualifying Products;
• Floor Qualifying products or open box Qualifying Products;
• Free Qualifying products as part of other promotional packages; or
• Trade commercial or wholesale suppliers, which includes but is not limited to purchases made from suppliers that do not generally sell to the public.

General

The Promoter may, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law, vary these terms and conditions without notice, disqualify any purchaser or modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion. The decision of the Promoter is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

EXCEPT FOR ANY LIABILITY THAT CANNOT BE EXCLUDED BY LAW, THE PROMOTER AND ITS RESPECTIVE BODIES CORPORATE (INCLUDING THEIR OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES AND AGENTS) EXCLUDE ALL LIABILITY WHETHER ARISING IN TORT (INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION NEGLIGENCE), CONTRACT OR OTHERWISE FOR ANY PERSONAL INJURY, LOSS OR DAMAGE (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF OPPORTUNITY, LOSS OF PROFITS OR LOSS OF PROPERTY); WHETHER DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL, ARISING IN ANY WAY OUT OF THE PROMOTION, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, WHERE ARISING OUT OF THE FOLLOWING: (A) ANY TECHNICAL DIFFICULTIES OR EQUIPMENT MALFUNCTION (WHETHER OR NOT UNDER THE PROMOTER'S CONTROL); (B) ANY THEFT, UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS OR THIRD PARTY INTERFERENCE; (C) ANY TAX LIABILITY INCURRED BY A PARTICIPANT; OR (D) PARTICIPATION IN THE PROMOTION.

The Promoter may announce and/or advertise this promotion on Facebook. However, this promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Meta. To the maximum extent permitted by law, you agree that you fully release and will hold Meta harmless from all liability arising in any way out of the promotion. If for any reason, any aspect of this promotion is not capable of running as planned including, but not limited to, by reason of tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failure or any cause beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the Promoter may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion, or invalidate any affected entries.

These Terms and Conditions are deemed to incorporate our privacy policy and by entering the promotion, you accept the terms and conditions of our Privacy Policy .

The Promoter (or its associated or affiliated companies or third parties who have licensed its brands to the Promoter or contributed to the application) (Content Owner) own or license from third parties all application content. All application content remains the sole property of the applicable Content Owner and is protected under all relevant copyright, trade mark and other applicable laws. Nothing on the application should be construed as granting any license or rights to use or distribute any application content, without the Promoter's express written agreement or of the other applicable Content Owner.

If any provision or part–provision of these Terms and Conditions is held to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, it shall be deemed deleted, but that will not affect the validity, legality and enforceability of the remaining provisions of these Terms and Conditions.

The Promotion is void where prohibited by law and is subject to all applicable Canadian federal, provincial, and territorial laws. This Promotion shall be governed exclusively by the laws of the province of Ontario, including all issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Promotion Terms and Conditions, rights and obligations between participants and the Promoter, and procedural provisions, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules. Any dispute shall be adjudicated by the courts sitting in Toronto, Ontario.
